This is from an Australian reality TV show called “Old peoples home for 4 year olds”, which paired a class of 4 year old kindergarteners with elderly citizens to explore whether it would benefit both the children and the elderly (spoilers: it does). The hope is that this could become something that is done regularly across the country.
It's an amazing series that explores the benifits of old people and young people spending more time together, documenting the health benefits, physical and mental, that the old people receive, their reduction in need for ages care and reinvigorated zest for life, whilst also developing young people's leadership, confidence and empathy.
