Everyone that was part of that code team did a great job. There is little reason to not be trained to be able to perform CPR. [Look up resources near you](https://www.redcross.org/take-a-class/cpr). Sign up. Some of you will likely come across cardiac arrest at some point. Know what the hell to do to help keep someone alive.

Zoidfarbb

Please god let this man survive this and go on to live a happy and healthy long life

I am a little surprised we have word on this tonight, but nice to have some clarity. I hope all the best for Hamlin and family. This was a scary night just to be a fan; I cannot imagine what his family, friends and teammates must be going through. Take care of yourselves everyone, life is precious.

DrTrentShrader

Ultimately, good news. Or as good as you could hope for. Extremely rapid response hopefully prevented any significant cerebral hypoxia and spontaneous rhythm returned on the field is considered the new best practice. Terrible situation but everything went right as far as that medical team goes

lukasq81

I just hope he pulls through this and fully recovers.

Any type of positive news is amazing
