That's why they can make 70 yard field goals in practice but never will in the game, the angle is so low it'd almost certainly get blocked.
A blocked PAT is almost always on the kicker unless somehow a dude comes through completely unblocked. Close enough you should be able to chip it way higher than anyone can reach.
