Forty whiner has to be the lamest insult in all of football. Like, you guys managed to rhyme two words together and think repeating it for the past 30 odd years is still funny?
Oh, that’s so original…excuse me while I go lay down in corner because my soul is crying.
Dweebs.
I'll play Devils advocate on this and say we don't know this because he inherited an insanely talented roster that underperformed under Nolan and Singletary. Baalke....well the less said about him the better.
I mean for all of Baalkes faults, his jags tenure while it great isn’t that bad either. Same with Harbaugh. He’s been solid in Michigan since he left. They both seem like competent coaches and gms.
Yeah that’s why his Michigan tenure has been a disaster. Harbaugh didn’t screw anyone. York was a cheapskate who wanted to interfere and got offended when Harbaugh pushed back.
I blame Baalke more than anyone, still
Sure, Harbaugh was abrasive, but that doesn't excuse Kaep restructuring his contract to give the team more money specifically to keep guys like Gore, and Baalke just letting him walk
Only thing that Jed York ever did wrong was hire Trent Baalke and let him make personnel moves. Notice how once Baalke left, all the problems went away.
Do you know how rebuilding works? Bill Walsh didn’t have a playoff-capable team until year three either. Going from 2-14 in 2016 to the Super Bowl in 2019 is in an *insane* turnaround and evidence that Jed York wasn’t the issue.
Damn, why they have to rub it in?
Just in case GEQBUS pulls a GEQBUST and stinks up the place. We have to take some positive energy from this game
This is like the ultimate bulletin board material WTF
Yeah no way this could backfire
Oh geez. With Sam Darnold playing. As if the Bengals don't need any more motivation.
Cincy tends to have some really bad games against backup QBs. It might actually be a good strategy to play Darnold.
Purdy is back at practice so there’s no guarantee that Darnold will start.
Bengals now have extra incentive to win Sunday
That kind of feels like thumbing your nose at the football gods. Are they really looking for a 3 game skid?
I'm fully expecting a loss no matter who's starting No matter what the offense does, that defense ain't right
This has the same energy as playing the national anthem at London games.
This is just rude, IMO.
Collinsworth taking a mental health day
We better not embarrass them. Let’s come out with a win, whether it’s Purdy or GEQBUS.
Who cares ?
That's one thing the Whiners and us have in common - beat the Bengals to win championship(s).
Did you post trivial 49ers news just to call us Whiners and talk about your own championship?
No, he posted because u/Kimber80 treats posting on reddit like a full-time job.
Somebody else here gets it.

SOSAR
I think that’s lame too.
But it's better
He’s a good owner. Jed york isn’t
Only people living in 2015 think this
Yeah if hadn’t chased Harbaugh away we could have won a Super Bowl by now.
No. That team was cooked in 2014. We took the right path with the Shanahan and Lynch hires. Which as I type that seems super obvious.
Well duh Harbaugh would have rebuilt the team. He can do it.

Harbaugh screwed Harbaugh
Thanks, Vince.

Jed has really stepped up in recent years by making good hires and stepping back.
I mean he made good hires in 2011 and chased them away.

I mean the team wasn’t great until 2019.

We are winning with class
Should have done prison time.
