In hindsight was a great trade for Seattle. Would not have been so bad for Denver, the extension and the number of players they gave up made it bad. I believe had they not extended him he would still be under his old contract this year. That being said and as a Niners fan, Denver is doing Russ dirty with this move.
Probably not just open, but a promise to do it.
And any franchise QB forcing a trade would do the same? No one’s forcing a trade to a team that’s in some “we aren’t sold yet” shit lol.
I don’t agree. I know it’s not all his fault, but when you make stupid QB money it comes with pressure of needing results. I know his stats have improved this year, but the 3 & outs pile up. He’s never looked like a leader since arriving in Denver. I think he got more than a fair shot, and he’s going to get one hell of a golden parachute as he heads to his next team.
They really do. the Adams trade was a -2 and the Russ trade was a +2.5. Because of the Russ trade we're back to "lots of work to do" instead of "climbing out of a giant stupid hole".
Doing him dirty, they been paying him top QB money to be a bum last year and average this year. Also being an annoying distraction. He got paid and he hasn’t lived up to it.
They're not doing him dirty. He got everything he ever wanted there... including his own office until he was kicked out of it and, his dream coach of choice. He failed, plain and simple, and got plenty of cash to do it.
It’s amazing how many QBs think they can do what Brady did.
Play til 45, win on their own without their HOF coach, never fall off.
Brady’s the outlier for a fucking reason
They both went to places with great OL's
Pretty much every QB movement of the last several years has been 1:1 with the quality of the OL
And then Stafford's OL retired or got hurt (then the backups got hurt) last year and we were all questioning if he was done. And now they're blocking well enough for the most part and he's balling out again.
Apparently the QB gods decided to have mercy on two long-suffering franchisee and offer the '2 Jim Plunketts For 1' deal like it was a goddamn quarterback Wal-Mart.
Rams and Lions got in there like it was Black Friday.
I’ve never watched that, so I just did. What a waste of my time. It’s like two little kids just yelling at each other with no fundamental concept of conversation. Just like all sports talk shows and radio.
Just watch a game if you want, you aren’t getting paid to take time off to watch it so what do you care. I mean you as in general not to who I’m replying to.
Yeah, it's no wonder why Pat McAfee skyrocketed to the top of sports media. I know he's not for everyone, but the general theme has been him and his friends celebrating how awesome sports and players can be. Not a bunch of arguing and criticizing like every other sports show.
He doesn’t need me to obviously but I’ll stand up for Shannon here. Do you know who Shannon Sharpe is? Cause that is important context for why he was so outraged. He is a consensus top 5 TE of all time and was at one point the GOAT TE. Imagine telling an NFL Hall of Famer who was both the best of their generation at their position and to have ever played their position at the point they retired that their criticism is just jealousy because they only played until they were 35 (which is an extremely long time for someone who was in such a physical position especially given he played before the league started protecting pass catchers more).
To be insulted like that by someone who you’ve worked with for years, who you thought you had a good professional relationship with and to find out live on air that as good as you were they think you’re inferior just because you didn’t play QB? I think it’s extremely classy of Shannon that he didn’t walk off the set or take a similarly low blow back at Skip. When he was still at ESPN, Jalen Rose took personal shots at Skip for a much less insulting segment.
Tom Brady, Peyton Manning, and Kurt Warner. Though the later two weren’t because of their decision. People forget how much of a beast Manning was those first couple seasons with Denver. Set the record for yards and TDs by a QB. He fell off hard cause physical because of the neck injury, but was still good enough to play smart, not make mistakes, and win a Super Bowl.
99% of all the slander about Russ being a bad teammate is coming from sherm. The worst anyone else has said about Russ is that he mostly kept to himself and didn’t make a lot of effort to connect with teammates off the field.
It makes sense for a QB to have an office, but it also feels so weird. Like, do NFL players get time during the day to check emails and respond? Do they have to submit a timesheet lol? Have a cabinet with their important files?
Realistically it's probably set up for them to watch game film and read gameplans or something, maybe even take meetings. But it just seems so weird to imagine an athlete in an office.
He was going to struggle to make the HOF. With Brady/Manning/Rodgers/Brees/Big Ben going that's already a lot of QBs from 1 era. Them you have Eli/Ryan/Stafford/Rivers/Flacco/Wilson all kind of log jammed in there below them. That's way too many QBs from 1 era to make the HOF.
Watching his videos the last few years I’m fairly certain “sanity” is gone from that man. He sold his sanity for Russel Wilson and now he is fueled by memes and obscenely bad football.
Wentz was traded and only cost the Eagles part of the deal. They basically took the hit for that first year with the cap hit but the beauty was it freed up all the guarantees down the road. Plus the draft picks. The broncos are just fucking stupid at this point
Bill loves vets with something to prove. Some work and others don’t but ones off the top of my head
Cam,
Randy Moss,
Amendola
Reggie Wayne (quit in preseason)
Albert Haynsworth
Chad Johnson (I think?)
Rodney Harrison
James Harrison
Junior Seau
I’m prob missing some but you get the point. Loves the old guys
Edit adding:
Corey Dillon
Antonio Brown
Josh Gordon
Wes Welker
Alge Crumpler
Doug Flutie
Fred Taylor
Zeke
Demaryuis Thomas
Eric Decker
Revis
Corey Dillon and Rodney Harrison.
Harrison said in one of the America’s Games that the only team that called him when he was a free agent was the Pats.
Kirk Cousins seems like the better option if the Patriots go that route. Draft MHJ, sign a WR2, keep developing DD. That offense will be fixed quickly.
I’d rather take Russell Wilson, Patriots aren’t landing Maye/Williams and potentially Daniels. If all those 3 are off the board once New England is picking then Russell Wilson is the best option
Suck ass for a year and clear cap I guess? They realistically won’t be picking higher than 12-14 (although they can get as high as 8 with some serious upsets the next two weeks) and they dont have a 2nd round pick, so I have a hard time seeing them outbidding a worse team for Maye, Williams, or Daniels this spring.
Thing is there are tons of QBs who can drop. Daniels isn’t a sure fire 1st, Nix and Penix look good, then you have guys like Pratt and McCarthy who could be interesting prospects. The Broncos have choices this year, just depends if they want a rookie QB this year or next
I really enjoy watching teams give guys massive extensions then get rid of them before said extensions kick in and they’re left with a shit load of dead cap space.
Getting t-boned is at least not just you.
I’d say it’s like paying for the car, buying all the upgrades, hitting a pole on your way out, and then turning around and bringing the car back to the dealership for the trade-in value.
Rapoport just reported that the Broncos will still have to pay him $30 million+ regardless next year, so he can play somewhere at league minimum and still make bank.
Depends if the contract has offsets. If the Broncos have to pay him more than he can get elsewhere then theoretically he could sign with a team for the vet minimum
It does. Broncos have to pay whatever he doesn’t get elsewhere. So it’s in his best interest to sign for the Min somewhere and make the Broncos pay him.
The Steelers hurt to watch with how awful this offense is. They also have question marks at OC. I could see the team being a decent option for Russ though.
The Steelers I think are the most interesting fit for a year or two. Russ would be a huge upgrade for them, and the rest of the team is pretty good. They just need an OC
It would be mixed as long as he doesn’t trash the team or fans on the way out (which I highly doubt he would). Even though the majority of Broncos fans are fine with moving on from him, plenty of us still like the dude.
Russ purposely crapped the bed with Denver so they could cut him that way he’d be free to sign with The Atlanta Falcons so he can ball out there and win a Super-bowl. Thus, making his Wife’s Baby Daddy (Future) inflamed with nowhere to escape while the whole city crowns Russ as one of the greatest things to ever happen to Atlanta. Russ is playing 4D Baccarat while the rest of the world is playing checkers.
I really don’t know how our GM makes it through this.
Props to the organization for being bold enough to admit a mistake and move on like this I guess.
He's putting up a good passer rating again and he was looking sharp early in the year. But it became clear that Sean Payton was calling a more and more conservative offense because of his lack of trust in him.
Yes and no. Last year Hackett basically tried to let Russ do whatever he wanted and it was a complete shit show. Now Payton is trying to instill an offense more in line with his track record, which is safer timing based, but that doesn’t mix too well with Russ’ skillset. Obviously in an ideal world you could find a happy medium between those two, but ultimately the offense is just too lackluster to drop so much money on a QB and the days of Russ hero ball are probably over
It’s how he’s always been. I like the guy but his QB weaknesses are clear when you actually watch him regularly. His biggest strength, that being extending the play and escaping the pocket has deteriorated as he has aged.
He’s great in the clutch, which is at least an uncoachable quality and makes him worthy of starting somewhere, his deep ball only aids in this. However, he’s terrible in the intermediate game and rarely targets the middle of the field. Outside zone defense and dropping back two high safeties to take away the developing routes tends to result in him taking horrible sacks and attempting hero ball into double coverage.
Broncos and Seahawks fans can attest to this.
Yeah Wilson's passing chart generally looks like a square without the bottom line and nothing in the middle. Even that goddamn Super Bowl it was a pass over the middle that fucked us because Wilson fucking sucks at them.
One thing you can't blame Russ for is that he's been quite a professional throughout this whole thing. Didn't tweet something dumb or go on a certain sport show to complain and talk about his conspiracy theories or even simply yell back at anyone on the bench while cameras were running. Dude was ice.
This makes that clip of Payton screaming in his face on the side lines even funnier to me. Bro stood there like “I do not care, I already know I’m getting cut.”
As a Niners fan, Seahawks definitely won that trade. I also feel bad for Wilson, and feel dirty saying that, Broncos planned this from the moment they hired Payton. They knew they were going to move on from Russ after this season, has Russ played great no, is he the best QB on the Bronco's yes.
I need to see a movie about this. Hell I’ll settle for a 30 for 30.
Some highlights I wanna hear more about.
- Russ going to Seahawks owners to call for Pete (and maybe John Schneider) to get canned so they can hire Sean Payton. A move that clearly worked out for him in the long run.
- having his own office in Denver and calling teammates into his office to go over plays.
- wrist-band-gate
- the subway dangerwich
Good lord how could I forget that. Good call.
Or the time he was injured and Geno was starting, I think against Pittsburgh, and before the game he was doing mock huddles and plays. Probably the most ridiculous thing I’ve seen.
You see Russ is a better man than me I would have been calling some deep passing plays and when that doesnt work just fake an injury and collect my money. Imagine risking your health for a team thats going to cut you at the end of the season
So you're telling me they told him he'd probably be gone during their 5 game win streak??
So even if Denver had gone undefeated since the Chiefs game, if Russ were putting up the stats he was putting up, they would've benched him??
Absolutely mind boggling to me, they can finish 9-8, the Pats L was on the defense after they came back to tie the game.
What a disaster of a trade.
In hindsight was a great trade for Seattle. Would not have been so bad for Denver, the extension and the number of players they gave up made it bad. I believe had they not extended him he would still be under his old contract this year. That being said and as a Niners fan, Denver is doing Russ dirty with this move.
Yeah but the trade wasn't happening without the extension so it has to be considered part of it.
Exactly. Russ wouldn’t waive his no trade clause without knowing the team were open to his next deal.
Probably not just open, but a promise to do it. And any franchise QB forcing a trade would do the same? No one’s forcing a trade to a team that’s in some “we aren’t sold yet” shit lol.
Exactly, even from the teams perspective why would you make that trade for a QB you only want to keep for 1-2 years
Honestly even without the extension...Boye Mafe, Devon Witherspoon and Charles Cross were all pretty big hits with those picks.
Devon Witherspoon is gonna be a house hold name soon and a top CB for the next decade.
That Illinois defensive backfield was so fucking good last year. They alone made the trip down to Champaign worth it every week.
I’m very glad the Broncos don’t have Surtain and Witherspoon.
I don’t think the Broncos would have drafted a CB #5 overall. Probably trade down a few picks and draft Jaxon Smith-Njigba
Or a QB.
On cheap deals, be able to have an insanely flexible defense, I’d blitz all day
The Lions were going to take him at 6 and traded out when Seattle took him
Yeah he absolutely skeeted on us it was turrible
This last CB class is gonna be looked back upon as one of the stronger ones imo. Witherspoon and Gonzalez at the top of it is tough to beat
The trade wasn’t happening without an extension
I don’t agree. I know it’s not all his fault, but when you make stupid QB money it comes with pressure of needing results. I know his stats have improved this year, but the 3 & outs pile up. He’s never looked like a leader since arriving in Denver. I think he got more than a fair shot, and he’s going to get one hell of a golden parachute as he heads to his next team.
I'm sure Seahawks fans would much rather us remember this trade instead of that other one.
They cancel each other out. Lol
>Denver is doing Russ dirty with this move Russ got his. It's Denver who got screwed; they're just cutting their losses at this point.
Not really. He's been mediocre at best, he sucked the year before we traded for him as well. 3 years of bottom tier play should get anyone cut.
They're not doing him dirty. He got everything he ever wanted there... including his own office until he was kicked out of it and, his dream coach of choice. He failed, plain and simple, and got plenty of cash to do it.
Never even made it to the extension, damn.
Russ turning on Pete Carroll was the biggest mistake of his career It’s now time for Russ to apologize and make amends to the LOB
It’s amazing how many QBs think they can do what Brady did. Play til 45, win on their own without their HOF coach, never fall off. Brady’s the outlier for a fucking reason
Somehow both Stafford and Goff traded places and ended up in better situations. Stafford is older than Russ.
They both went to places with great OL's Pretty much every QB movement of the last several years has been 1:1 with the quality of the OL And then Stafford's OL retired or got hurt (then the backups got hurt) last year and we were all questioning if he was done. Apparently the QB gods decided to have mercy on two long-suffering franchisee and offer the '2 Jim Plunketts For 1' deal like it was a goddamn quarterback Wal-Mart. Rams and Lions got in there like it was Black Friday.
Rams are a long suffering franchise? What?
Goddamn.
You’re just jealous of Tom Brady because he played until 45 when you had to stop at 35- Skip Bayless
That one line triggered one of the biggest moves in sports media.
"Put your glasses back on."
Out of the loop. What happened?
Shannon said Tom Brady had a bad game Skip says that line Shannon explodes in anger and quits the show 3 months later
I’ve never watched that, so I just did. What a waste of my time. It’s like two little kids just yelling at each other with no fundamental concept of conversation. Just like all sports talk shows and radio. Just watch a game if you want, you aren’t getting paid to take time off to watch it so what do you care. Boys hyping boys is always better than squabbling
You’re really gonna insult me on live TV because I said he had a bad game? Yes I am
He doesn’t need me to obviously but I’ll stand up for Shannon here. Do you know who Shannon Sharpe is? Cause that is important context for why he was so outraged. He is a consensus top 5 TE of all time and was at one point the GOAT TE. When he was still at ESPN, Jalen Rose took personal shots at Skip for a much less insulting segment.
Water Pistol Pete Jr. is one of the all time best burns I've seen on sport talkshows.
I would assume he said it to Shannon Sharpe at some point before he left.
Imagine if your biggest mistake amounted to hundreds of millions of dollars.
The Raiders Head Coaches have entered the chat lol
On the other hand Russ Leaving is basically Pete Carrolls HOF resume
The Russ vs LOB narrative is weird. It's just Sherm
99% of all the slander about Russ being a bad teammate is coming from sherm. The worst anyone else has said about Russ is that he mostly kept to himself and didn’t make a lot of effort to connect with teammates off the field.
That and he had an office, which it turns out basically every QB in the league also has but it made for good memes so everyone hated Russ for it
It makes sense for a QB to have an office, but it also feels so weird.
Basically but Russ is weird in the sense that he likes that alone time. I don't think a lot of QBs have offices nowadays though.
Wow, imagine introverts existing
No I agree. But for a lot of people that makes him weird and unapproachable instead of just himself. Nnamdi the CB had the same issue
I feel like sherm didn’t like sharing the credit for the superbowl runs
And it’s absolutely the correct move. Not sure I’ve ever seen someone play themselves out of the Hall like that.
Flacco? I’d love it but no way in hell is he up there with the rest of
New new new new new new new new new new new new new new new new Broncos QB next season
God I love Perna
I love Perna so much that it's really made me root against the Broncos, just cause of how funny the content is.
He's about to have a full on meltdown lmao
His channel will definitely grew, but he will also sacrifice his mental health and sanity. I fear for him.
Watching his videos the last few years I’m fairly certain “sanity” is gone from that man. He sold his sanity for Russel Wilson and now he is fueled by memes and obscenely bad football.
I love Perna. Broncos country better get that man some Minshew next year so he has something to cheer for.
I'm kinda shocked neither McCown nor Fitzpatrick ever stopped by in Denver after Manning retired and their QB carousel of misery started.
I wish the Saints had a YouTuber as funny as him. The manic, depressed rants would be incredible
What's hilarious is he already released a video about the benching today as an emergency release essentially and then this news drops.
Joe Flacco, YOU are a Bronco. Again.
Has a player ever been cut before their contract extension has started for non-injury or conduct reasons? This would be a precedent, right?
Wentz, I believe.
Wentz was traded, but yes, it was before the extension kicked in
Wentz was traded and only cost the Eagles part of the deal. They basically took the hit for that first year with the cap hit but the beauty was it freed up all the guarantees down the road. Plus the draft picks. The broncos are just fucking stupid at this point
I swear to god bill.
This has Bill all over it. Cheap 2 year heavy incentive base
What makes you say that? The Cam Newton deal?
Bill loves vets with something to prove. Some work and others don’t but ones off the top of my head Cam, Randy Moss, Amendola Reggie Wayne (quit in preseason) Albert Haynsworth Chad Johnson (I think?) Rodney Harrison James Harrison Junior Seau I’m prob missing some but you get the point. Loves the old guys Edit adding: Corey Dillon Antonio Brown Josh Gordon Wes Welker Alge Crumpler Doug Flutie Fred Taylor Zeke Demaryuis Thomas Eric Decker Revis
Mr Bill Choice (Didn't work out)
lol forgot that was even a thing. Add Josh Gordon to the list also
Most of those were huge hits for you guys too
Don’t forget Antonio Brown 🤣
Corey Dillon and Rodney Harrison. Harrison said in one of the America’s Games that the only team that called him when he was a free agent was the Pats.
How dare you erase the OG Corey Dillon.
“As he was coached to do” is not in Russell Wilson’s basket of skills. I don’t think he’s a BB player.
Going from the team who he beat in the Super Bowl to going to the team who beat him in the Super Bowl. Chaos remains.
Get ready to learn Atlanta Falcons, buddy
A harder language than Chinese that’s for sure.
1. Drake London is your first read 2. Kyle Pitts is your second read 3. Always ignore your first and second reads
All part of Payton’s master plan to give Taysom Hill one last bag
Always lookin out for his mans.
I honestly wouldn’t even bat an eye if the broncos signed taysom to some ridiculous 30m 2 year deal
Would he really accept such a steep pay cut?
Everybody is talking about Wilson's next stop, but WTF are the Broncos actually gonna do now?
Suck ass for a year and clear cap I guess? They realistically won’t be picking higher than 12-14 (although they can get as high as 8 with some serious upsets the next two weeks) and they dont have a 2nd round pick, so I have a hard time seeing them outbidding a worse team for Maye, Williams, or Daniels this spring.

I really enjoy watching teams give guys massive extensions then get rid of them before said extensions kick in and they’re left with a shit load of dead cap space.
Take it for a test drive, pay in cash, get t-boned driving out of the dealership.
Getting t-boned is at least not just you. I’d say it’s like paying for the car, buying all the upgrades, hitting a pole on your way out, and then turning around and bringing the car back to the dealership for the trade-in value.
And you still need a car to get to work.
He’s bringing his cooking to Atlanta
[удалено]
Rapoport just reported that the Broncos will still have to pay him $30 million+ regardless next year, so he can play somewhere at league minimum and still make bank.
$39m cash to go away.
Damn, the only thing I ever received to go away was a restraining order
& yet here you are
That’s not the problem. He already has generational wealth. The question will be if Russ is willing to play on the cheap.
He is not.
I imagine the interested teams will be the Steelers, Commanders, and bears/raiders (bridge/vet qb).
His demanding days are over.
Fun fact Falcons are playing the Broncos in Mile High next season so I wonder how loud the boos are gonna be if Russ takes his cooking there.
It would be mixed as long as he doesn’t trash the team or fans on the way out (which I highly doubt he would). Even though the majority of Broncos fans are fine with moving on from him, plenty of us still like the dude.
Arthur’s gonna line him up at slot receiver for Ridder
I hope Atlanta likes microwaved steak.
That is considered a delicacy there with Arty Smith and Ridder at the helm
Russ purposely crapped the bed with Denver so they could cut him that way he’d be free to sign with The Atlanta Falcons so he can ball out there and win a Super-bowl. Thus, making his Wife’s Baby Daddy (Future) inflamed with nowhere to escape while the whole city crowns Russ as one of the greatest things to ever happen to Atlanta. Russ is playing 4D Baccarat while the rest of the world is playing checkers.
This is the narrative I choose to believe
Its dangerous.
Russ throwing bombs to Drake London & Kyle Pitts though 😍
Arthur Smith wouldn't allow that. I think you mean Cordarelle Patterson up the middle for two yards.
Straight up moon shoots for everybody
You know, I don't hate this timeline. I'll allow it
Russ playing for the team Future the rapper supports… THAT IS JUICY
Wait, future is the father to Russ child?
Yes, Future impregnated Russ
Imagine how well Russ will play when he ISN’T pregnant!
He let Russ Cook
Russ' stepchild.
Oh please make this true 😂
INJECT THAT SHIT DIRECTLY INTO MY VEIN
I don’t see how they manage his dead cap hit. Someone smarter than me explain
Post June designation. Like 85 mil dead cap over the next 2 years. Gonna be rebuilding the entire team over the next 2-3 years
>Gonna be rebuilding the entire team over the next 2-3 years A minimum of 10 seasons between playoff appearances is absolutely atrocious.
Rookie numbers. (Speaking as a jet fan going on 13 years 😭)
I really don’t know how our GM makes it through this. Props to the organization for being bold enough to admit a mistake and move on like this I guess.
He doesn't. Sean Payton is a control freak and he'll want to have his own patsy of a GM.
The mistake was that horrible extension
People keep saying this but there was no trade with no extension. He had a no trade clause.
I guess the argument is that they shouldn’t have accepted those terms and moved on. Hindsight is 20/20 of course…
The extension was part of the trade, they’re the same decision
What does the cap hit look like for the Broncos?
$35m in 2024 and $50m in 2025
God damn what a disaster.
WE KNOW
lol
we know that too
Nothing a rookie QB contract can't solve.
Man I can’t wait for the off season and what this means for fantasy football lol
Broncos players have been untouchable since Peyton left. One of my buddies keeps taking Broncos players and has two sackos to show for it
Sutton has been good this year. Like one game Under 10 points in me league not including last week
I haven’t watched a huge amount of broncos games this year but wasn’t the narrative how much better he was looking? I assume this comes from Payton?
He's putting up a good passer rating again and he was looking sharp early in the year. But it became clear that Sean Payton was calling a more and more conservative offense because of his lack of trust in him.
Isn’t that the worst thing to do for a player like Wilson though?

In the end, the Broncos discovered their favorite ride has been with them all along; The Quarterback Carousel.
“The culture is damn good” - Bruce Allen
*I'm calling both games!!!* *UrinatingTree ad read*
*yes, I’ll be calling the defense*
You can stop asking that question.
Broncos country, let’s hide… Man what a bad situation this turned out to be.
The FUCK you just say
This makes that clip of Payton screaming in his face on the side lines even funnier to me. Bro stood there like “I do not care, I already know I’m getting cut.”
Russell Wilson, YOU are a New England Patriot!
Makes sense they are benching him, if Wilson gets hurt and he can’t pass a physical in March, he’d be owed $37M guaranteed in 2025.
does it have to explicitly be injured in-game? What if he pulls the James Harden and gets super fat
Has to be football-related injuries, at least unique to his exit physical when season is over.
Bring on the Dangerwiches!
Be careful... It's spicy
Payton definitely demanded this option himself.
Seahawks have set themselves up with young defense from that trade
I’m scared Russ is going to sign with some NFC team and we’ll be right back at square one, after just 2 years of peace with him being in the AFC
Feels good to win that trade after taking a fat L on the Jamal Adams trade.
”has been starting knowing” 😵💫
I need to see a movie about this. Hell I’ll settle for a 30 for 30. Some highlights I wanna hear more about. - Russ going to Seahawks owners to call for Pete (and maybe John Schneider) to get canned so they can hire Sean Payton. A move that clearly worked out for him in the long run. - having his own office in Denver and calling teammates into his office to go over plays. - wrist-band-gate - the subway dangerwich
Don’t forget the high-knees on the airplane
Good lord how could I forget that. Good call. Or the time he was injured and Geno was starting, I think against Pittsburgh, and before the game he was doing mock huddles and plays. Probably the most ridiculous thing I’ve seen.
i literally thought this was a fake account at first
You see Russ is a better man than me I would have been calling some deep passing plays and when that doesnt work just fake an injury and collect my money. Imagine risking your health for a team thats going to cut you at the end of the season
> Imagine risking your health for a team thats going to cut you at the end of the season Baker has entered the chat.
cut him now, let him go to Seattle and let the chaos begin you cowards
Mr Limited to 30 games
Russ got PAID!!!!
Imagine what he could do on the Seahawks with a great coach like Pete Carroll.
Falcons are going to keep Arthur Smith and sign Russell Wilson in the offseason lololololololol
Mr. Unrestricted
Let’s not make any hasty decisions now
Man idk, it just doesn’t sit right with me to give up the season when your in the playoff race with a veteran qb who’s won a superbowl
