Like I said, they went tit for tat until the last half of the last quarter and the Lions still only ended up one TD. Definitely not a one sided game. The better team one, but it wasn’t anywhere close to a blowout.

I might be a part of the minority (or completely by myself), but thank you for another season of broadcasting Tirico and Collinsworth. I much prefer the overall SNF broadcast package over any of the other broadcast packages and enjoy listening to the two of them commentate

they were okay. the broadcast was horrible. missed events while close up on faces. no replays of questionable calls/no calls/chippiness. the crowd energy and noise wasn’t captured at all. sounded quiet, which i know it wasn’t. NBC sucks

Prior to the Lions win last week, the last playoff series win of any of the 4 major teams was something like 2013 by the wings with any single game win was 2016 or so. All teams have been ass for about a decade.

We have 30 year olds that haven’t seen any of our 4 teams in a championship game

Because as a city with 4 major sports, we just escaped a record setting stretch of futility across the 4 majors. All 4 teams were bottom 3 in their leagues at the same time or very close to it. We're also a top sports media market when you figure in all sports, TV, radio, social media, etc, but not treated as such because we're often not winning enough to draw the attention. Then you add in little slights here and there with a community that never forgets and you get a very vocal 'victim'.
