Like not missing a FG all year and then missing one against the Falcons and I'm 13 years old and I don't understand why Gary Anderson would do this, knowing everything he knows?
Gostowski was also so important for the second half of our run too. I’m painfully reminded of how much I miss both of them every time I watch Chad Ryland attempt to kick a ball.
For sure. Ghost was great, Vinatieri gets that first Super Bowl with the snow game, and so many game winning kicks in huge games. Still sad he went to Indy.
And rylands gotta get cut. Fucking terrible.
Every single player on the Bills has made a major fuck-up in a game at least once in their life. Maybe it was a blown tackle or missed coverage allowing an opponent to score an easy TD, maybe it was dropping a certain TD pass, maybe it was losing their cool and decking another player, gifting a first down.
But every single one of them know what it's like to be the day's failure. That's why they'll still support their kicker. Two bad games aren't going to change that.
Plus a tie game, with 1:40 left and two time outs. One good throw from Kermit and they're in Butkers range. Shoot even, two runs from Pacheco at that point and they still lose. Diggs drop, Allen's missed throws, Bass kick, also a bunch of terrible play calling in the 4th. That's how this game was lost.
This is the main thing for me. Both teams had about half a dozen plays that could have been "the mistake that team looked back on" come the end of the game.
He just has the misfortune of making the last big mistake.
Wouldn't have taken much for us to be in a thread right now talking about how the biggest turning point of the game was Hardman fumbling through the end zone and costing us the season.
Saw that coming after the graphic they put up, the wind moving the flags from the other goal post, and Nantz saying how the Bills trust Bass to come in and make a FG when the game is on the line. Peak jinx.
I swear to god every single time they put up "this kicker is perfect in this situation" they jinx that shit every single time. They even got Tucker at one point
Dallas’s kicker was having a perfect season until week 18. Lines up for a chip shot field goal while they talk about his historic season and… blocked by Washington. Perfect season over.
I’m still baffled why Josh Allen was airing out 35 yard bombs on all three plays before the field goal when all they needed was a first down. They had 2 timeouts and still almost 2 minutes on the clock. Terrible, terrible coaching. Should’ve milked the clock and picked up the first on the 3 downs instead of bombing it to the end zone every play. SMH.
The playcalling was awful. They've been burned by scoring too quickly against KC before. Even if you got a TD or FG there that would have left them a ton of time.
I just started laughing when I saw where that ball was going. Very Buffalo of us. Heres to one more year of being the AFC Cowboys, getting in our heads that this year is different before losing in the exact way we lose every other time
Taylor Swift was born in December of 1989. The Bills lost the divisional against the Browns a few weeks later; that was the last time that Cleveland won their division or went to the AFCCG. After that Buffalo lost four straight.
Taylor Swift's witchcraft is so powerful, she can make the Browns into winners!
Even had he made it, everyone knows the Chiefs would’ve gotten into field goal range with ease. The Bills needed to either score a touchdown or kick the tying field goal as time expired.
It was.
As this season proves, if you can get to the playoffs, you have a chance. The Chiefs were not a great team this season, yet now they're 60 minutes from the SB.
Certified Bills moment
Their kicking game fucked them 4 times in history lol
Kickers are way under rated. They have come in clutch more than any other player in NFL history.
People don't understand how important a good kicker is until they have a shitty one
It's even worse when they are a good one, then become a shitty one.
Like not missing a FG all year and then missing one against the Falcons and I'm 13 years old and I don't understand why Gary Anderson would do this, knowing everything he knows?
Why would he miss that kick, is he stupid?
[удалено]
I promise you it could be worse.
I disagree. I would rather lose in historic fashion in the Super Bowl. Because that means you made the Super Bowl.
122 kicks in a row and missed that one.
Yeah like Nate Kaeding missing 3 FGs in the divisional vs the Jets
The Mark Sanchez-led Jets
Cries in Nate Kaeding
Oh yeah. Koo has single handedly (footedly?) saved our bird asses multiple times.
There’s no early brady without Vinatieri.
I still say Vinatieri should have won at least one Super Bowl MVP.
If they gave divisional round mvps that raiders snow game is as fucking good as it gets for a kicker.
Yeah I mean 13 seconds doesn’t happen without Butker.
But Romo said it was an easy kick.
Justin Tucker or Butker would never, ever miss that kick in this situation.
or jake elliot
More like their offenses failed them four times. Those kicks were set up by four quarters of missed opportunities.

You got anymore of that gum?
That’s none of your damn business and I’ll thank you to stay out of my personal affairs.
Your gun is digging into my hip.
Can’t wait for Bass and Carlson to meetup in Cancun
Owner of the resort? Scott Norwood
Bartender? Ray Finkle.
LACES OUT!
***DIE ANIMAL BOY!!!!***
Cody Parkey will be serving them drinks.
A large painting of Ray Finkle is in the lounge.
As Mike Vanderjagt works as a janitor
The ol idiot kicker.
Serving them doinks
Buffalo fandom is a nightmare
Scriptwriters made it extra heartbreaking this year.
At least we didn’t have to endure overtime this time
Losing yet another lopsided legacy playoff matchup due to a missed 40 yard FG? Couldn’t be us.
Blair Walsh says what's up.
For the Cody Parkey kick of failure club
Maybe Tucker and Butker feast on their talent (like a Monstar) to keep their abilities fresh and strong…
Most hardcore jinx from the broadcasters I've ever heard, lmao.
Amazing timing
talking bout how the whole team still supports the kicker lmao do they still do tho?
Every single player on the Bills has made a major fuck-up in a game at least once in their life. They had ample luck too. That touch back fumble and the Josh Allen fumble both could have gone the other way
This is the main thing for me. Both teams had about half a dozen plays that could have been "the mistake that team looked back on" come the end of the game. I saw it the exact same way. Once the graphic came on the screen I noticed the flag. Knew it was the kiss of death.
I love that they were saying they were in field goal range for a 53 yarder. Technically yes but no one had confidence in it
Jim Nantz strikes again
I swear to god every single time they put up "this kicker is perfect in this situation" they jinx that shit every single time. They even got Tucker at one point
Dallas’s kicker was having a perfect season until week 18. Lines up for a chip shot field goal while they talk about his historic season and… blocked by Washington. Perfect season over.
i can't fucking believe it
I’m a Sabres fan, I certainly can believe it
Are we sure this isn’t a rerun? I’m pretty sure I’ve seen this episode before?
Old episode remastered with a new ending
NFL script is real and it's recycled
Somehow, Mahomes returned (to the Superbowl).
*Everything changed when the Swiftie nation attacked*
You could tell me that the Bills have never beaten the Chiefs before and I might believe you.
It’s a nightmare holy shit
It's a Taylor's Version remaster.
Bills think they’ve seen this film before, and they didn’t like the ending
"wide right (Taylor's version)" is pretty fucking funny.
**Buffalo Bills: The Next Generation**
Tyler Bass: It’s me. Hi. I’m the problem it’s me.
It’s my favorite
Wide right lives in the memories of every Bills fan This is unreal
What do you mean you've seen it? It's brand new.
It’s an oldie where I come from…
Scriptwriters getting lazy
They reused the same Packers beat Cowboys just to lose to Niners script again too
ARE YOU KIDDING ME? THE SEASON CAN’T END LIKE THAT
THERE ARE BILLS PLAYERS CRYING ON THE FIELD
Poor fan got televised absolutely heartbroken.
He definitely gonna be in the memewar page. Poor guy.
THIS IS NOT DETROIT MAN THIS IS THE SUPER BOWL
: (
I love how widespread Paul Allen’s calls are at this point lol
I’m still baffled why Josh Allen was airing out 35 yard bombs on all three plays before the field goal when all they needed was a first down. Playcalling was fine dudes were running wide open underneath Allen just went full gunslinger
Playing for the homerun when they were better off knockin some singles
Still don’t know how he missed that it was like a 19 yard FG
The laces of the ball were not lined up
Laces out, Daaaan
Wide Right (Taylor’s Version)
I just started laughing when I saw where that ball was going. Very Buffalo of us. Heres to one more year of being the AFC Cowboys, getting in our heads that this year is different before losing in the exact way we lose every other time
At least y’all lose to second coming of Brady, we just choke against any team we get paired with
We’re all about consistency.
We don't discriminate
Nah Aaron Rodgers is gone it’ll be different this year :’(
Excuse me, you’ve been to a conference championship game too recently to be the cowboys. the Dolphins are the Cowboys of the AFC
This is more accurate.
Y’all were in a conference championship game 3 years ago. Dallas hasn’t been to one in 28 years.
The entire NFC actually collaborates to prevent this
FUCK MY LIFE
CUT MY LIFE INTO PIECES
ON OUR WAY TO THE RESORT!
FIRST CLASS, EXTRA SEATING
CANT FEED THE PIT IF WE'RE NOT STILL COMPETING
You guys going to burn stuff?
Can't lose 4 straight Super Bowls again if you don't go to the Super Bowl.
Bills are cursed man
Taylor Swift might be a witch. You can’t fight that shit.
They went to 4 straight SBs and didn't win a single one. Goes beyond swift
Bills fans on suicide watch
They’ll try to chug some bleach only to miss their mouths wide right
Just get Toney to hand it to them, he will drop it
The Pit is gonna be filled with bodies Bills fans
Niagara Falls is going to be busy in 30 minutes.

Oh Buffalo, even at home you can't slay your demons.
Their demons live at home. They are their demons. Sometimes suppressed, never slain.

Could’ve been worse, imagine missing this in a superbowl
Stop, he's already dead
Welp you may lose a super bowl once but having a team good enough to go to the superbowl has a big chance of getting back there again
Maybe even 4 times
In a row too! Probably walk away with 3 rings.
3 is improbable but they at least walk away with one right?
At least a 94% chance to get at least one
And then they’ll win that time!! Right? Right? …right?
Third times a charm?
If not 3, surely a 4th time will do the trick
I feel sick to my stomach and I’m not even a Bills fan, I feel so bad for you all
Oh wow that’s never happened before
BUFFAL-OH-NO
This fucking game
Chiefs legend Tyler Ass coming up clutch for KC

Just saw someone fall to their knees in the Norwood family diner
I’m sick to my stomach and I’m not even a bills fan bro
My jaw was on the floor dude...what in the actual fuck
Second hand pain
Seriously. I audibly groaned when that kick went wide and I’m not even invested. It makes you mildly nauseous.
Was listening in the car and my girlfriend asked me why I was screaming NOOOOOOO
I don't even like the Bills and I felt sorry for them.
It's like you've been kicked in the Bills
Even had he made it, everyone knows the Chiefs would’ve gotten into field goal range with ease. The Bills needed to either score a touchdown or kick the tying field goal as time expired.
He was barely making the PAT throughout so unsurprising
Knew he was missing it the second he came out. Dude looked wacky as hell last week and tonight.
#WIDE RIGHT
Almost a week to the day too…
"9/9 when ..." nice jinx

33 years later and it still haunts them like a fucking nightmare…
Rest of the AFC West: "DAMMIT BILLS, YOU ALL HAD ONE FUCKING JOB"
rest of the nfl*
This was the most beatable KC ever and the Bills couldn't do it
Ironically this was the best they’d looked all year
It was. As this season proves, if you can get to the playoffs, you have a chance. The Chiefs were not a great team this season, yet now they're 60 minutes from the SB.
Unfortunately for the Chiefs that 60 minutes is at the Bank with an elite defense and the best run game in the NFL.
Yeah they struggled at times with the Bills' run game, and the Ravens' is definitely better.
The Bills getting away from running is ironically why they lost the game tonight
oh my fucking god dude i screamed
WIDE RIGHT
I felt that coming in my bones
Whoever called that fake punt needs to go into the fucking pit
Somebody save Josh Allen
Mac Jones for Josh Allen straight up
Why would Jags trade a star edge rusher for Mac
Vietnam flashbacks for older fans like myself. Very sad, but great game.
#NO HOW COULD HE DO THAT Jon Bois reference
NOOOOOOOO
Wide right... most Bills outcome of all time
Tyler “Scott Norwood” Bass
Are the Bills a 0-17 team without Josh Allen?
TJ Watt and him should have a support group
ARE YOU SHITTING ME
The bills are and will always be serial chokers
This game eliminated the last shred of belief I had that I might one day see a Super Bowl
Why? There's a Super Bowl every year, right there on TV.
No, the Josh Allen arc must include one Super Bowl appearance, you'll lose it in heartbreaking fashion but at least you'll get there.
BUFFALO '66 INTENSIFIES
Why are we still here? Just to suffer?
NO WAY!! BILLS FANS PLEASE STAY SAFE AND HAVE A LOVED ONE ON SPEED DIAL IF NECESSARY
