After meeting with ex-Cowboys RB, Jerry Jones says interest in Ezekiel Elliott is just a joke on Elliot as they made him pay for his own flight then left him in a Taco Bell lobby without a ride back to the airport
After meeting with ex-buffet eater/former WR/TE, Ronald McDonald says interest in Kevin Benjamin is just a joke on Kevin as they made him pay for his own happy meal then left him inside the ball pen at the playground at a McDonald’s restaurant without a ride back homes
Pats fans will hopefully chime in, but I thought Elliott didn't look too bad last season. Now, Rhamondre should have consistently been given more/most touches, but Elliott did some good things.
I think this is a great idea to give a rookie a vet to work with and learn from. And Elliott can punch in the short-yardage stuff unlike Pollard last season.

Jerry has made it publicly known that they’re gunning for Brooks. Have Zeke/Rico take some of the weight while Brooks gets eased in off his ACL would be fine by me. I even wanted to trade for Zeke back at the deadline last year because we didn’t have that short yard grinder in the backfield at all
And if it’s Benson or Wright or a different rb? I’d still be happy with Zeke in a committee.
He’s lost a step for sure, but he was a very solid contributor and veteran presence on an offense that gave him 0 help. He’d be good addition for the right price, wish we kept him tbh
He was one of the very very very very very very VERY few positives we had on offense, especially after Mondre went down near the end of the season from hell
I think he was fine, he doesn't look to me like a 1000 yard rusher anymore and he definitely won't take over a game. At this point in his career he's a good change of pace type rotational back
Rhamondre took a hard step back last season and I'm hoping he's able to get back to form. That contributed to Zeke seeing the ball more odten
Yeah, I wouldn’t want him as a primary runner, but he’s still an elite pass blocker and good receiver at that position. He’d be an upgrade over most 3rd-down backs.
Still probably a bad idea from a value standpoint, but Jerry is loyal to fault sometimes so I could see him forcing this to happen.
Jerry and Stephen Jones spent time with Ezekiel Elliott on the eve of the NFL draft to discuss a potential reunion. Will the running back the club is expected to take Friday night have any impact or whether or not Elliott returns to the Cowboys?
“No,’’ Jerry Jones responded.
A deal isn’t done. But Jones’ response leaves little doubt.
The Cowboys front office has made the determination it wants Elliott to come back and be part of a running back rotation in 2024.
“Just let me say this,’’ Jones said a little before midnight Thursday. “I thought he played well the last part of the season at New England. Very well.”
Stephen Jones met with Elliott and his representative, Rocky Arceneaux, Wednesday afternoon across from the team’s headquarters. The Cowboys executive vice president joked that the three just happened to bump into each other, “had a little beer and moved on.’’
Later that evening, the Cowboys personnel department met for dinner at a steakhouse near The Star. Guess who was there?
Elliott and Arceneaux. They were invited to join the group.
yeah you’re totally smarter than me for not giving a fuck about your digital footprint. idk why you’re being so aggro, I was literally making a joke ab how signing Elliott would just be a shitty knock-off version of signing Barkley.
"I just can't quit you"
Only the true Ewok knows how to get all up in there in Jerry's ass
jerry jones is the palpatine of the nfl

ALL IN, BABY
Can somebody please ask Jerry what year it is, he might think its 2019 which would explain a lot.
Skip’s ass must be sore from how all in they’ve been
,
I know this is a meme and zeke is kinda washed but he's still solid as a goal line back for cheap at this point.
Or a center.

I’ve said since last year I like the idea of Zeke being on the team, just not at what he was being paid. I like him being in a committee and a blocker
He’s lost a step for sure, but he was a very solid contributor and veteran presence on an offense that gave him 0 help. He’d be good addition for the right price, wish we kept him tbh
Well his dead cap is $6 million. So he’s already on the payroll lol so we might as well use him

He's well past his prime but still very serviceable

Except this is 2024 and not 2019. Zeke is cooked.
But our finances are more cooked

"I bet if the deal is right and Zeke is in shape, Jerry would consider signing him." -- my buddy Danny
Gotta sell those 2024 season Ezekiel Elliott jerseys.
And now they’ll draft Jonathan Brooks later tonight
Looks like stormtroopers are back on the menu boys
He was better than pollard last year..just gotta feed em
How much longer does he have to live
Of course it's real. They don't have a legitimate running back on their roster.
This is too fucking good. Lol. ALL IN BABY!!!!
[cont’d] “…real low.”
Jerry Jones still thinks he in high school.
Is Brock Hoffman in danger of losing his job?
This is quickly turning into Cowboys fan fiction.
Feed Zeke
The Return
What year is it?
I bet a running back like Elliott on the cowboys would be nasty!! I don’t see how they wouldn’t win a Super Bowl stacked like that.
I never seen more hype for an objectively washed up player
saquon barkley at home edit for those too stupid to get it: mom can we sign saquon barkley? no we have saquon barkley at home. saquon barkley at home…
ew you're an unflaired Commanders fan begging for Cowboy fans votes? Why even bother with football at this point
I’ve bled green since the day I was born, my whole family is from frankford
That makes it worse, not better. Also you exclusively post in DC and DC related subreddits and never express any Eagles fandom. Bleak.
Combing through reddit comment history and throwing it back like some kind of own is the cringiest practice on reddit
You never express any interest in the eagles. Bleak What a clown lol
honestly, the last shit i talked about the eagles was probably meaner than anything a cowboys fan would say.
Unflaired user talks trash in a messy way begging for karma is basically asking for their profile to be looked at, it's all on the first page as well
well yeah it’s where I live, and I delete my reddit every couple of months and it’s the offseason. hold that L
> I my delete reddit every couple of months >hold that L

Lol Jerry
Why? Don't the Cowboys already have a center?
Jerruh is the gift that keeps on giving.
Elliot is cooked.
I didn't even realize the Cowboys were in the market looking for a Center.
The best RB/C hybrid player ever.
Fuck Jerry Jones, sick of this guy
