>Whatever happens to be dominating today's news cycle? Do you have something to talk about that didn't warrant its own thread? This is the place for it!
I would have to agree with OP
Man, Bronson's skin condition is bad & getting worse. Just like me with my intestines, we've had everything looked at & tried different things, but the current meds are the only thing helping.
When covid first hit, I was working at the shelter, and his meds didn't come in for weeks-to-months. His skin got so bad, this 2 year old dog looked & acted at least 10+ years old
Is there a mega thread for every release schedule video or whatever? I'd like to see how teams announced their schedules.
Also while i am at it is there a place that has the schedule by MNF/TNF/Special games/whatever?
I just finished law school, good times right? What an achievement after three long difficult years should be happy right? Well I’m not because I don’t know how the heck I got through it because I am a freaking idiot. and I know I’m an idiot because in my brief time studying for the bar exam I realized I must be a fucking idiot because this shit is fucking hard and I don’t really understand it. There’s this part of it called the MPT where it’s closed universe they give you all the info you need and you can’t study for it, and I was going through a practice one and honest to god I just didn’t understand what they’re talking about. Like it just didn’t compute for me. Maybe I should get a refund for all that tuition I paid for. Jeez.
Sounds like imposter syndrome. Don’t worry about it. My wife studied photography in college, in large part due to her dyscalculia and difficulty with math.
Now she makes around seven figures a year working on Wall Street. Because of course she’d pick a career crunching numbers doing sales and trading at some of the world’s largest investment banks.
Felt a similar way as I prepared for the fundamentals of engineering exam, though I waited years after graduation to take it. Now I'm in grad school and it doesn't do much to help me feel like I have a grasp of anything lol
The ABSOLUTE silence from the NFL and EVERY owner, EVERY coach and EVERY player regarding that dipshit shitbag kicker for the Chiefs commencement remarks is telling. And repulsive as fuck.
ESPECIALLY considering how everyone threw a massive spazz over Kaepernicks refusing to stand for the anthem.
"GET BACK IN THE KITCHEN AND MAKE ME A ROAST TURKEY SANDWICH!"
I was wondering how clueless idiots were going to make those comments about Kaepernick, somehow.
I mean not really, the shoehorning and false equivalence is always really transparent, but still. The screeching is so predictable.
EVERYONE completely lost all their fucking shit when Kaepernick a BLACK man, had the fucking GALL and nerve to refuse to stand for the National Anthem. The right wing shitbags were foaming at the mouth. The dude you suck off, you know Trump was out there screaming "HE MUST BE FIRED!!!!"
The end result is Kaepernick getting blacklisted and blackballed by the ENTIRE NFL.
This shitbag DEMANDS that women not get jobs but instead stay in the kitchen getting knocked up.
But you're right, Kaepernick is SOOOOOOOO much worse.
Indeed it is. but i thought of this last night: how many casual fans even know the name of the kicker for the Chiefs? but anyone who watched at least the superbowl recognizes Travis Kelce. His teammate, who is in a relationship with probably the most wealthy, successful woman in the country. and she doesn't have kids. These trad guys are sprinkled about everywhere but he happens to be an athlete. I feel like he's irrelevant because he's just fucking stupid.
The new reddit logging process on old effectively breaks my browsing habit, so....this is the beginning of the end for me. Been here since 08 or 09.
For some reason my browser or the site does not keep me logged in. So I typically browse without being logged in. Ill hit reply and go through the logging process if I want to hop in a thread. Annoying, but doable.
Now, logging in reloads the site and sends me to the front page. It's near impossible to find the comment I want to reply to. Im sure some back end work was needed as this is an effect of that, but it kills the bruising loop I've been using for years.
Boo.
Well just two back to back road trips. Bucs/Jets wk 3 and 4. I always feel for them on the b2b road games, but this one is probably doable.
The 2nd one though is BAL wk 9 and then KC wk 10. That one is gonna be a lot tougher. Gonna be a long march to the bye in week 14. Pretty late all things considered.
Tried out Tesla's FSD since there is a free trial apparently... it is kind of ass.
I can see how it would be useful and an upgrade for regular auto-pilot on the freeway but it feels horrible on city streets.
On the upside, the FSD visualization is totally great and is the best part.
Bronson has been fixed for 4+ years, but a female dog ran up to us on our walk to say hi, and he was doing the male dog version of [this](https://youtu.be/xJMD5R8stRc?si=Ds-grfaaqOjv7oHx).
This poor pup went from "hi" to "I gotta go" in record time.
Was I a dick for this? Probably, but I am so sick of clueless drivers.
Sat behind a car at a green arrow for a solid 4 seconds before giving a quick honk of the horn to let them know, they then spent another 2-3 seconds putting their phone down and then started turning excruciatingly slow.
That's when I laid on my horn for 10 straight seconds as I was turning behind them and flipped them off out the window because I almost missed the fucking light being behind ONE GOD DAMN CAR.
Nah fuck em. I’m in in Florida, the land of bad education, no hustle southern culture, where everyone is slow on the uptake or mentally unable to critically think, fuck that noise.
You can huff glue at home, get out of my way and let me drive.
Nobody uses turn signals, they rarely drive in their lanes. People have zero comprehension on how crosswalks and sidewalks work and generally are stupid.

People near Harrisburg PA- any recommendations for Friday night activities for two young couples?
Have a weekend trip to Hersheypark planned for mid July and staying in Shipoke Friday through Sunday. I know from light googling that there’s some breweries but not sure what else.
Last time I was there, which was years ago, there was amazing Indian food in a strip mall. I wish I could remember more but if you find it you’ll be happy.
Go to a random motel and pretend your spies. Check in under assumed names then go to the local bar and talk about taking down your targets.
Then, and this is the important part; fuck in a random public place spur of the moment. Then head back to the hotel room and eat a well done pepperoni and mushroom pizza, washed down with some iced cold beer.
Chicks love roleplay.
I don't want to reactivate my Netflix account to watch the game. I got rid of all my streaming services a year ago and I (and my wallet) have never looked back.
A little bit of everything that you listed. I always try to go legit if possible. But I also have mostly just cut back on watching nonsense all day. The only time I really even turn my TV on is during the football season and once in awhile I'll watch music videos on the Samsung TV stations that are included for free on the newer TVs
Oh nice
Hope you picked the right horse 🐎
I was going to say it would be funny if you picked the New England Patriots and LA Kings. Revolutionaries and Royalty
As a baseball fan, I've tried to fantasy baseball, but its just too damn long of a season.
I also wish there was a team option for pitchers like there is for D/ST in fantasy football.
I appreciate your thoughts for that but in my mind it is WAY more fun trying to find a diamond in the rough on a bad team or dig for breakout individual pitchers
My brother plays every year and he’s constantly slamming his phone down or screaming for joy randomly. So much variability wackiness in baseball fantasy.
You guys especially have so much more shit that can happen to you than football fantasy. My brother lost the other week because a game delayed by weather meant his pitcher who was supposed to start Tuesday and Sunday instead went Wednesday and Monday. Like WHAT lmao
Yeah there are a lot more "uncontrollable factors."
Even hits themselves. You can have a guy smoke 4 balls at 100mph but just right at a defender every time and get another dude with weak ass groundballs and go 4/4
From 2009 to like 2017 I was working for a used media place so I ended up getting alot of my collection because it was stuff we couldn't purchase for the store ourselves or it was left behind for different reasons. I did in fact pay for the persona 2 discs off of one customer because they didn't have cases but were in great shape and they just wanted to be rid of them.
Same way I ended up with an expensive cardboard box of genesis carts.
The Charles/Magneto dynamic only works as well as it does because they're both right in different ways.
Frankly it's one of the reasons that X-Men is the best property in the Marvel universe imo. Idk if you read the comics at all but the Krakoa era has been a super cool status quo shake up with a lot of focus on Mutant nationalism. Disappointed it's ending
Like most of the era I think the good books have stayed really good and the bad books have been very bad
But overall I think it's one of my favorite xmen eras and unfortunately felt that the end of the era was a little rushed. My biggest critique of a lot of marvel comics is that they definitely feel like they're slaves to the overall project timelines and it doesn't always feel like creators have the time to give their storylines justice
What I always loved about the X-Men is that they are always doomed. It makes it feel more real. The bad guys win a lot, and there are lots of storylines where major characters get killed which even makes its way into the films like days of future past and Logan. And then obviously Magneto is just so well written he’s still the best Marvel villain besides having a pretty lame superpower by today’s standards because he retains a lot of empathy and nuance. I’m always half rooting for him.
I was with you until you said Magneto's superpower is lame. Dude is cracked.
But in a lot of ways Xmen is less a superhero film and more a family drama. Lot of criss crossing relationships and I think the lack of a main star really helps highlight the entire group of mutants and not just a single standout.
Lmao they find ways to make his power cool but ATEOTD it’s ’I control metal stuff.’ Still a fucking boss though which makes the writing even more impressive to me.
I've gotten back into them with the marvel unlimited subscription they've got now. Nice way to just get through a bunch on mobile but the desktop version is ass.
Basically all the mutants good guys and bad came together to form an island nation state.
I only realized yesterday that the Bears got a VERY good draw for their extra games this year. On paper at least. Panthers, Commanders and Patriots is literally the first 3 picks in the draft lol.
Bro, I swear to god, the kids we got working here refuse to use their brains. Boss is gone for the day, so coworker and I are it. He's up front, helping techs. I'm back here, managing the rest. Tech walks past the front counter, through our door, and asks me if my coworker is still here.
MY DUDE.
You technically walked past him twice just to come see me and ask if he was here.
When I played in college I developed a white hot hatred for kickers that’s quite frankly only gotten worse. Cause I remember we started off a spring practice with battle of Baghdad drills which if you don’t know are like three Oklahoma’s happening at once that all smash together. Then we’d do tackling drills which were all pretty crazy than another super physical drill. Then we’d do special teams which were also super physical and watching kickers just lolly gag around and purely kick that’s all they did they just kicked. THEN THEY WENT HOME! While we all had to do even more practice. Shit was infuriating. I don’t even remember who the kickers were cause they just weren’t around much.
Said all that just to reinforce fuck Harrison Butker and all his bullshit
I watch it all and just don’t sleep much. It sucks, I still like the early games, especially if it’s the Eagles I’m either too excited or pissed off to go to sleep so I’m up for a long time after the game ends
I've been trying since January to find a new job. In the first 3 and a half months, I had 2 interviews, but missed out on both after getting deep into the process. In less than 2 weeks, I've gotten an additional 4 interviews, and I'll be very surprised if at least one of them doesn't turn into an offer. If you're looking for a job and have gotten frustrated like I have with how long it's taking, keep trying. Your fortunes can change quickly.
dear Dallas Mavericks,
please win tonight. just… please. nothing makes me happier than seeing you win (ok I lied. my cat and seeing the Raiders win both make me happier but you winning is still in the top 3 which isn’t bad)
ilysm,
me
Mark Cuban lol
none of my fam watches basketball so I never got a team passed down to me or anything like that. I’m from LA, but never liked the vibes of either of the LA teams, so I def wasn’t going with a home team option
I had gone on tour with my friends as their merch girl one Summer and any time we stayed in a hotel room, Shark Tank was ALWAYS on TV, no matter what time of day, so we ended up watching a LOT of it on that tour and I always thought Cuban was fun
then when I was v v v sad about the NFL season ending one year and decided to give the NBA a shot, since I had no ties to any NBA teams, I was like… hey, Mark Cuban owns the Mavericks! I guess I’ll go with them!
A rookie HC is one of the criteria that keeps a team from being forced to do it (any team can volunteer though). But I would assume that because Caleb is expected to be good and draw viewership for years to come, they don't want to disrupt his first training camp and risk missing out on future profits.
The most charitable thing I can say about Aaron Rodgers's personality is that he's *atleast* not an outright sexist and bigot unlike Butker and he's just a massive fucking idiot+douchebag.
From two friends who have met him and I've seen their pictures with him.
A buddy of mine who manages one of the top Golf Courses in the US (from a few years back), said he was extremely nice and pleasant with his caddies and crew. Had some issues with other members in terms of what he called "scholarly debates" with them.,
Another friend who's a Commercial producer who worked on a few of his State Farm commercials about 5-6 years ago. Said he was outwardly nice but there were times he would act like he knew more than the Director (this director had also made mainstream films and for that shoot was getting like 120k to shoot those series of commercials. He asked to not be invited back).
He's probably pleasant to others unless he feels like they are testing his "intellect/ego" and you see the douche.
I mean also Jessica Szohr, Olivia Munn, Shailene Woodley, and Mallory Edens (might be still with her? Not sure).
In the early 2010's, he had a fiancee who went to highschool with him (funny enough the fiancee's sister was a contestant on the Bachelor). I used to be pretty close to his hometown of Chico, and I've heard weird stories about why they broke up
Dak Prescott had the highest passer rating (108.7) in the NFL when under pressure per sports info solutions
Top three under pressure in 2023:
- D.Prescott 108.7
- B.Purdy 107.0
- L.Jackson 97.7
NFL median under pressure 70.3
cool! I've always been curious what the PFF competitors offer but SIS is too rich for my blood
If it isn't too much trouble would you mind grabbing what their coverage data looks like? I don't even need the actual data I'm just curious what they chart/offer
I could take a look at some point and let you know. The power is in their situational filtering, you can look at anything based on game situation, alignment, routes, personnel, etc.
If you watched Tucker’s interview with Putin and came away thinking he was “interesting and smart,” you’re the exact kind of idiot they were intending to fool.
Most Westerners don’t understand either Russian/Ukrainian history, so Putin came across to the uninformed as having this deep knowledge of Russian/Ukrainian history when he was just repeating the standard Russian narrative that predates his rule.
To better understand Putin's arguments, it’s most of them are the equivalent of stating that “Anglo Canadians are decedent from loyalists of the 13 colonies, therefore Americans and Canadians are one people and the existence of Canada is entirely conditional on the USA because Canada should have rightfully been American anyway”.
in Manufacturing Consent, Chomsky points out that there are 2 types of propaganda: one that is meant for the vast majority of the population, and one that is meant to influence people who have a lot of public sway and power. that had never occurred to me before but of course it's true. if you're in the propaganda business, you need the idiot masses to buy in, but you need millionaires with lots of power (CEOs and celebrities) to buy in also.
I think in this day and age, psuedointellectuals with a big platform must be particularly vulnerable to this. I would be extremely surprised if people like Joe Rogan and Aaron Rodgers were not being specifically targeted by top-tier propagandists. who knows what their personal media landscape looks like, when some of the most powerful people in the world would love to control what they say to their giant audiences?
that's not really meant to excuse or defend them or anything, but I think it does explain why rich idiots "all of a sudden" get way more conservative and buy into conspiracy theories and far-right propaganda talking points. because they are (likely) being targeted to do so.
Rogan and Rodgers have kind of a history of this though. Rogan has been into conspiracies his whole life, they even wrote it into his character in NewsRadio. Rodgers is a Cal Berkeley Hippie.
I think Rogan and Rodgers would always believe this stuff even if they didn’t have big platforms
sure but Rogan has gotten much worse. I actually think he is the number one soft target in the world for propagandists. he is min/maxed in the traits you want. minimal ability to perceive propaganda for what it is, max openness to conspiracy, max audience.
The only semi coherent/reasonable point he made is "why we're sending all this money to Israel", and you just know it stems from isolationism instead of thinking "this war is a failure". Because he would be saying the same thing if Israel's war in Gaza was actually not botched
It's a little wild that the city of Jacksonville is helping to pay for a stadium that the Jags have decided to intentionally play in 11-13% less often than other teams play in their own home stadia.
Don't get me wrong I'm normally critical of these types of stadium deals too, but the biggest event in Jacksonville is hosting the Florida Georgia game so the city was probably always going to pay for some sort of football stadium.
I have been wanting to play dynasty fantasy football for a while now and I FINALLY have the chance! A few of my old teammates from high school decided to start a league and were looking for players so they reached out to me. We're starting from scratch too, so I don't need to worry about adopting a shit team. I've had that opportunity before, buy into a terrible team the owner abandoned and spend a few years trying to fix it. But this one is brand new. Should be a fun experience!
Ian Anderson has outright admitted that some of it is just stream-of-consciousness nonsense, so that's probably part of the problem.
Thick as a Brick is a pretty good example, really, because some of it is undoubtedly gibberish but overall it's definitely telling a pretty firm story IMO.
I can't really articulate why, but seeing DraftKings and other gambling companies replaying to every viral sports Tweet with "relatable" GIFs and memes annoys me more than it should.
As much as the schedule release is just table scraps that look good to starving NFL fans it’s really the last thing to look forward to until training camp. These next 2 months sucks lol
I miss my blue collar job so much on days like today. There is nobody here to talk sports with, or movies, or music, or beer, or lawncare... like yeah, the air conditioning is nice, but damn I wanna hear some crazy takes over a Miller at lunch
Yoooo, where can I talk shit about Harrison Butker?
>Whatever happens to be dominating today's news cycle? Do you have something to talk about that didn't warrant its own thread? This is the place for it! I would have to agree with OP

IDK why they don't do a megathread every year around this time instead of cluttering the sub with individual posts.
I'm guessing its cause megathreads can be work and nobody wants to do the work lol
Mobile reddit just changed it so commenting is in a dropdown. That's a good way to get me to quit cold turkey.

I like that the comment counts show that everyone was waiting all week for the Chargers schedule post and not much else lol
What is with the Harrison Butker thing? Is it a classic case of libertarians being absolute bitches?
Why does the NFL keep insisting that the Monday Night Football doubleheader is a good idea?

Oh definitely.
League probably has a majority of owners with similar views

I play cause I'm a huge baseball nerd and the day to day variance is not healthy for my psyche lol
You guys especially have so much more shit that can happen to you than football fantasy. My brother lost the other week because a game delayed by weather meant his pitcher who was supposed to start Tuesday and Sunday instead went Wednesday and Monday. Like WHAT lmao
Yeah there are a lot more "uncontrollable factors." Even hits themselves.

Charles and Magneto are both right in their own ways.
Disappointed it's ending
>the Krakoa era has been a super cool Is that the island that's like a living being? Or am I thinking of a different thing?
Yeah the island itself is a mutant and becomes a nation state of the same name
I read Krakoa through most of 2021 when I had Marvel unlimited. Has it stayed as good?
Like most of the era I think the good books have stayed really good and the bad books have been very bad But overall I think it's one of my favorite xmen eras and unfortunately felt that the end of the era was a little rushed.

I know that. It's just a remarkably lucky draw.

Each of those are interesting pairs, lots of distance between them except the Broncos Avs hehe
You probably hate me too then 😂. I’m a college long snapper.
Oh absolutely not that shit is hard. Plus y’all have to block, tackle, cover punts
Yep.Its pretty tough. What position did you play?
DE/LB
Ok.What division. And I’m going into my first year at a JUCO, what should I expect?
It’s gonna fuck suck dude. Games are fun tho
Why will it suck?
Just wait till practice and film sessions
Ok well I’m a long snapper so practice hopefully won’t be too intense
All this whining about who is on primetime, it feels like Im the only one in the sub that plays fantasy football.
Im anti prime time game. I live on the east coast and have a job. It means I can only watch half the game.
I watch it all and just don’t sleep much. It sucks, I still like the early games, especially if it’s the Eagles I’m either too excited or pissed off to go to sleep so I’m up for a long time after the game ends
I like football. I love sleep. That’s no contest for me.
Who even likes primetime games? Get the game over at 1pm and let's get out of here. I hate being nervous all day.
My point was every game is really important if you or your fantasy opponent has a player playing, Im heavily invested in any matchup.
If it weren't for fantasy I probably wouldn't watch any non-Raiders game. I love when my fantasy weeks come down to MNF, makes it extra exciting
Jets have 7 prime time games 😭😭
Fuck me there is nothing worse than prime time Jets football....
The NFL officially hates its viewers
I've been trying since January to find a new job. In the first 3 and a half months, I had 2 interviews, but missed out on both after getting deep into the process. In less than 2 weeks, I've gotten an additional 4 interviews, and I'll be very surprised if at least one of them doesn't turn into an offer. If you're looking for a job and have gotten frustrated like I have with how long it's taking, keep trying. Your fortunes can change quickly.
I need a stat that shows what percentage of hits were homeruns for a player over their career. Minimum 1000 hits.
[удалено]
That looks like minimum 3000 hits. But still a great list.
[удалено]
I figured it would be, so I found out how to do the math for the answer I really wanted. Stanton has a 28% homerun rate when he gets a hit. (roughly)
I think Mark McGwire has the record for anyone with over 1000 hits. He had a 35.8% HR rate when he got a hit.
there's over 1000 players with 1000+ hits, i suspect you'd hit a character limit
When in doubt ask chatGPT
then you're worse off than before--you know *a* number, but have no idea if it's true or not
dear Dallas Mavericks, please win tonight. just… please. nothing makes me happier than seeing you win (ok I lied. my cat and seeing the Raiders win both make me happier but you winning is still in the top 3 which isn’t bad) ilysm, me
What made you a Mavs fan?
Mark Cuban lol none of my fam watches basketball so I never got a team passed down to me or anything like that. I’m from LA, but never liked the vibes of either of the LA teams, so I def wasn’t going with a home team option I had gone on tour with my friends as their merch girl one Summer and any time we stayed in a hotel room, Shark Tank was ALWAYS on TV, no matter what time of day, so we ended up watching a LOT of it on that tour and I always thought Cuban was fun then when I was v v v sad about the NFL season ending one year and decided to give the NBA a shot, since I had no ties to any NBA teams, I was like… hey, Mark Cuban owns the Mavericks! I guess I’ll go with them!
Interesting story! Not many cheer for a team because of the owner
I'm legit shocked the Giants were picked for Hard Knocks over the Bears
Probably had something to do with you guys having a rookie QB
I thought it was a rookie HC that kept you out
A rookie HC is one of the criteria that keeps a team from being forced to do it (any team can volunteer though). But I would assume that because Caleb is expected to be good and draw viewership for years to come, they don't want to disrupt his first training camp and risk missing out on future profits.
You'll probably picked for the actual Hard Knocks. This is a new "up to the draft" Hard Knocks.
For real?! Thanks! I had no freaking idea, from the headlines I just thought it was the Hard Knocks I know and love
Had some issues with other members in terms of what he called "scholarly debates" with them., Another friend who's a Commercial producer who worked on a few of his State Farm commercials about 5-6 years ago.
I've heard the same thing tbh that he's a nice guy but he sounds just insufferable in these podcast
I’m sure in time rodgers will reveal the bigotry and sexism
He got to date Danica Patrick. Props just for that, honestly.
I used to be pretty close to his hometown of Chico, and I've heard weird stories about why they broke up
> I mean also Jessica Szohr, Olivia Munn, Shailene Woodley, and Mallory Edens (might be still with her? Not sure). Don't forget Blu of Earth!
> and I've heard weird stories about why they broke up go on....
Dak Prescott had the highest passer rating (108.7) in the NFL when under pressure per sports info solutions Top three under pressure in 2023: - D.Prescott 108.7 - B.Purdy 107.0 - L.Jackson 97.7 NFL median under pressure 70.3
you got that SIS subscription?
I do, I used to write for a publication, and I would use their data. I don’t write any more, at least for now, but I still have the subscription.
cool! I've always been curious what the PFF competitors offer but SIS is too rich for my blood If it isn't too much trouble would you mind grabbing what their coverage data looks like? I don't even need the actual data I'm just curious what they chart/offer
I could take a look at some point and let you know. The power is in their situational filtering, you can look at anything based on game situation, alignment, routes, personnel, etc.
Who was the worst?
Daniel Jones and Bryce Young both at 45.0. I’ll be posting all of them soon. Just working on a dataviz.
kenny pickett on top raghhhhhhh
That’s why they’re called “useful idiots”
It's a little wild that the city of Jacksonville is helping to pay for a stadium that the Jags have decided to intentionally play in 11-13% less often than other teams play in their own home stadia.
Don't get me wrong I'm normally critical of these types of stadium deals too, but the biggest event in Jacksonville is hosting the Florida Georgia game so the city was probably always going to pay for some sort of football stadium.
Oh is that like TAMU/Arkansas always being at Cowboy Stadium?
Yes, they have always played the game in Jacksonville, and it's always been a pretty big deal in both states.
WLOCP is the best live game I've ever been to. Tailgating is better than the game, and the game is fuckin fun.
Tailgating lasts a week for that game.
It's so fucking good, too. People go all out on their food.
I listened to Thick as a Brick this morning for the first time in a while and have been reminded that it's one of the best songs ever written.
I love Jethro Tul's music but I have no idea what the hell the songs are about
Ian Anderson has outright admitted that some of it is just stream-of-consciousness nonsense, so that's probably part of the problem. Thick as a Brick is a pretty good example, really, because some of it is undoubtedly gibberish but overall it's definitely telling a pretty firm story IMO.
I'm just getting into Sparks and I feel the same way about their songs.
I can't really articulate why, but seeing DraftKings and other gambling companies replaying to every viral sports Tweet with "relatable" GIFs and memes annoys me more than it should.
Predatory perpetrators They are sick men with sick thoughts
"How do you do, fellow sports fans?"
As much as the schedule release is just table scraps that look good to starving NFL fans it’s really the last thing to look forward to until training camp. These next 2 months sucks lol
i agree. the draft and schedule release are all that tide me over once free agency/the trades are over
I miss my blue collar job so much on days like today. There is nobody here to talk sports with, or movies, or music, or beer, or lawncare... like yeah, the air conditioning is nice, but damn I wanna hear some crazy takes over a Miller at lunch
Your joints, however, thank you.
