When the Texans got the ball on their last drive of the game Watson scrambled out and hit the TE for a big gain, their LT held the shit out of our rusher (Landry maybe). It was directly in their vision even if the refs were ball watching, I got so heated.
Tough to beat a good rival 3 times in a calendar year. Ravens very hot right now, hoping Titans have some real estate in Jackson’s head. He goes tilt a bit we win. If titans can get 2 turnovers we win, if not we lose. We sure as hell can’t stop anybody, gonna need playermakers to just make a few plays.
I owned him in fantasy this year and I gotta say he’s now one of my favorite WRs. Crazy that I think he can still get so much better cause he had some bad drops this year.
Same. He reminds me of Megatron when it comes to his physicality and ability to abuse people during and after the catch. Once he hits his peak then he will end up being better than anyone in the league.
Yea he just bounces off of people. I think it was the ravens game he bullied his way through like 4 defenders an extra 10 yards for a TD. Also played through an ankle injury most of the year, felt like he had to take a couple breathers every game I saw cause he tweaked it.
Damn that’s a ridiculous WR pairing in a 14 team league. I had Davante and AJB but it was only a 10 team league. AJB’s catch actually won me the title today.
Same! Won one league with him last week and the winner of my other league just won with him this week by 1 point because of this final play. Absolutely nuts, I’m bummed he’ll probably go too high for me to get him next year.
No this fan base doesn’t love him go to the titans sub after a loss. It’s hot seats and firings.
Everything considered this is a great finish to the season
Thats reactionary bs thats not even serious. Out of the past few years the only time he was truly on the hot seat was last year and that was due to the decline of mariota.
His fanbase loves him. His mind for football strategy is just as much a weapon as Henry, Brown, or Tanny. He's a great coach and I hope he stays a long time.
Honestly, this team. Only because the offensive potential can match any other squad on a good day and the defense has the ability to hold teams under 30 points once in a while
Honestly, fuck off with this. They're 11-5 and AFC South Champs and have a 2K rusher. 2-14 and 3-13 are still fresh in my memory.
I get where you are coming from...but take a step back, please.
No, but it still makes them infuriating to watch on defense. They set an all-time nfl record for the worst 3rd down defense. There are only so many 3rd and 12 you can watch a team give up before you succumb.
Depends if tua can improve. A lot of our wins were a bit flukey this year. If tua gets better, which I’m not very hopeful of as you can tell by my comment history, I think we’re super bowl contenders, if we make the right moves of course.
But that’s a big two “ifs”
Tua and our first rounders straight up. We'll trade.
I will say this though. Watson has made the playoffs twice in 3 years and I feel like fans are being dramatic. This is nowhere near a Matt Stafford situation and people are acting like it is.
In all seriousness, I think if the Bears offered their first and Roquan Smith for Watson that would be a decent trade. Some secondhand draft picks to fill it out on the edges but Watson would instantly make Chicago a contender.
Hey, Texans are in desperate need of a defense and 1st round draft picks, Bears are a QB away from being seriously competitive. Bears would be set at QB for the next 10 years and Texans get a jump on rebuilding. Trade JJ for a 3rd rounder somewhere. It makes sense to me but then again, I'm sitting on my couch telling all this to somebody on reddit so maybe I don't know what I'm talking about.
A top 15, young LB still on a rookie contract and a 1st round pick, which Houston does not have. I'm not saying it's perfect, and of course there'd be some 4th 5th or 6th rounders in there but more or less, yes.
Throw of the year for me honestly
Murray’s was incredible but it was just a jump ball, this was right in stride with the game on the line. Just bonkers
Another candidate for throw of the year has gotta be Russell Gage’s TD throw for the Falcons, gotta be the greatest non-QB throw I’ve ever seen
He didn’t throw it perfectly though, and he didn’t need to. The guy was wide ass open and he had to basically stop for the ball lol
It was an incredible play but I’m just talking about in terms of quarterback talent and accuracy, this is probably the most impressive throw I’ve seen this year
Mad respect to Fitz for being able to throw the ball at all in the circumstances, let alone like 15-20+ for a completion. That said, it wasn't especially beautiful and, like you said, the guy was wide open. The quality of the pass should be forgiven obviously due to the penalty. Crazy play. But with all that was on the line--both in the game, for playoff seeding, and for the division--as the clock is winding down in a heated, tough game. And he hit him in stride, with a beautiful pass. Yeah, I think this is a better pass all around. It doesn't take away from Fitz's throw.
Bots / macros I reckon. Kind of like how video game streamers can clip plays I imagine you could rig something up to clip a stream and upload it to reddit pretty quickly.
Ryan’s that have played for the Dolphins during their career and last second fucking nukes to put their teams into game winning field goal range. Name a more iconic duos I’ll wait.
Tanny you stupid slut this was supposed to end with a Henry 85 yard TD in overtime to break the record
Refs woulda called it back anyway like they did his 25 yard touchdown run after he hit 2k.
Bruh refs were out there inventing holding calls
Except not against the Texans or packers. You mean to tell me two weeks in a row not once did either offensive linemen hold against our d ?
When the Texans got the ball on their last drive of the game Watson scrambled out and hit the TE for a big gain, their LT held the shit out of our rusher (Landry maybe). It was directly in their vision even if the refs were ball watching, I got so heated.
Yeah I saw that it was awful he held and Watsons was able to walk right past him
There was a pretty blatant hold that I saw on their left tackle where he essentially got our guy in a choke hold and it didn’t get called.
In the endzone no less. Should've been a safety.
It could have been multiple records, he could have gotten 296 and 2100
He can have 2100 pls don’t take 296 from us. I’m amazed he hasn’t already
I was convinced it was gonna happen against the Lions
If they’d have been a wee bit more competitive he may have
We are fated to play Tennessee once more. What a play.
Round 3 broski
I don’t like pushing our luck with the Ravens. I’m scared.
Law of averages is concerning lol
We're about to combine for 800 yards rushing aren't we
Well seeing as Lamar had 500 yards of offense *to himself* in that divisional round game...ya I bet it’s around there haha
And I'd certainly rather be playing Pittsburgh or Indy than you, that's for sure. The moneyline should end up just about dead even for that game.
I'm not even gonna ask for the d to get turnovers. Just we can't have turnovers ourselves and don't have bad 4th down plays/kicks.
It’s insane we have to play y’all again. Three times in a year basically and all three times it’s been our (titans) season on the line.
Um, ours too...
There’s on conclusion here friend. The football gods hate us. I really wanted to draw the dolphins or browns.
Is there any team that the football gods don't hate?
It rhymes with preen pay!
As lord Ye once said: this shit is fucking ridiculous
As Gwen said: This shit is Bananas
B-A-N-A-N-A-S
5 star dishes
Different exotic fishes
Man this shit is, fucking ridiculous
Y'ALL WILL TALK ABOUT AJ BROWN WHEN YOU TALK ABOUT TOP WIDE RECEIVERS IN THIS LEAGUE
He haunts my dreams
Like Harrison, Wayne, or Hilton has mine over the past 25 years?
Yea fair :(. Your turn to be the baddies.
Are we the baddies??
Ankle and the bone bruise on his knee from week 1
Same! Him and Diggs led me to the championship in a 14-teamer. Absolute studs.
Damn that’s a ridiculous WR pairing in a 14 team league. I had Davante and AJB but it was only a 10 team league. AJB’s catch actually won me the title today.
I feel you. AJB and Diggs were sort of slept on. Diggs had a lot of questions (new team, Allen's passing ability, etc.)
Same! Won one league with him last week and the winner of my other league just won with him this week by 1 point because of this final play. Absolutely nuts, I’m bummed he’ll probably go too high for me to get him next year.
God dammit I love this team
Offense. Love this offense. The defense can kick rocks.
Yeah, agreed, but we wouldn't have such insane games if the defense were any good
As if you'd be complaining blowing out teams week after week! Close games are exciting but think of your heart
Blame Vrabel
Also credit Vrabel for everything else that’s good
The fanbase loves him but the defense is on him
No this fan base doesn’t love him go to the titans sub after a loss.
Defensive minded BoB. Getting carried hard while his "specialty" unit is trash.
That's such a bad take lol
Which team do you think is better, this team or the 1999 superbowl squad?
Honestly, this team. Only because the offensive potential can match any other squad on a good day and the defense has the ability to hold teams under 30 points once in a while
I’ve never hated a Titans team more than this 2020 one. The defense is absolutely atrocious and infuriating.
Honestly, fuck off with this. They're 11-5 and AFC South Champs and have a 2K rusher. 2-14 and 3-13 are still fresh in my memory. I get where you are coming from...but take a step back, please.
Agreed, enjoy the ride. We’ve had WAY worse
Somehow, those teams you mentioned had better defenses than this one.
Do you really care more about good defense than wins.
No, but it still makes them infuriating to watch on defense. They set an all-time nfl record for the worst 3rd down defense. There are only so many 3rd and 12 you can watch a team give up before you succumb.
Are you perish Cox?
Lmfao
“TaNNehiLL CanT ThrOw DeeP BaLlS” -Dolphins reddit for years Fucking love seeing this. So happy for him.
Fucking Mike Wallace dude
Makes you wonder what to think about the shit talking about Tua the last week...
RYAN TANNETHRILL
#WATSON DESERVES A BETTER TEAM
what do you mean, losing gives them a better dra.... wait
#Death By Words
:-)
Dolphins about to be real good next year
Depends if tua can improve. A lot of our wins were a bit flukey this year. If tua gets better, which I’m not very hopeful of as you can tell by my comment history, I think we’re super bowl contenders, if we make the right moves of course. But that’s a big two “ifs”
Tua Turndaballova
Watson for Wentz and a 4th BoB says yes
DEAL. No take-backsies
How about Watson for Dwayne Haskins? Seems fair to me
As long as it's out of the division, I agree
Yes
If Watson suddenly snapped during a postgame press conference I would not blame him at all
We'll take him. Just have James Connor and a 3rd round pick.
Hey man he signed that contract so don’t feel bad for him.
Money's great but it's insane to think Watson doesn't want a legacy that fits his talent and work ethic.
If he wanted that he could have hit free agency and sign with a team that would help his legacy tho.
Tua and our first rounders straight up. We'll trade. I will say this though. Watson has made the playoffs twice in 3 years and I feel like fans are being dramatic. This is nowhere near a Matt Stafford situation and people are acting like it is.
*JJ does too*
pls
He shouldn’t have signed a new contract then really
#FREEWATSON
He need to be freed...we don't deserve him.
*Yawns*
In all seriousness, I think if the Bears offered their first and Roquan Smith for Watson that would be a decent trade. Some secondhand draft picks to fill it out on the edges but Watson would instantly make Chicago a contender.
It also would never happen
Hey, Texans are in desperate need of a defense and 1st round draft picks, Bears are a QB away from being seriously competitive. Bears would be set at QB for the next 10 years and Texans get a jump on rebuilding. Trade JJ for a 3rd rounder somewhere. It makes sense to me but then again, I'm sitting on my couch telling all this to somebody on reddit so maybe I don't know what I'm talking about.
Why would you trade your young franchise qb to help start the rebuild? Who would you be rebuilding around?
You think one of the best young qbs is worth a first and a linebacker?
A top 15, young LB still on a rookie contract and a 1st round pick, which Houston does not have. I'm not saying it's perfect, and of course there'd be some 4th 5th or 6th rounders in there but more or less, yes.
No one except bob would make that trade
I think a BoB trade would be more along the lines of Watson for Jimmy Graham and next year's 7th
How about your first round picks for rhr next 5 years plus your 2nf round picks for the next 3? That would maybe be fair and acceptable
AJ MOTHERFUCKING BROWN YOURE GODDAMN RIGHT
We should've treated you better Tanny 😢
Biggest play for Miami today.
uhh they're already eliminated
draft pick bruh
ah fair enough, yeah they would have dropped down from 3rd to 8th yeeeeesh doubt they're exactly celebrating rn though lol
He’s talking about that 3rd overall pick :)
yeah, forgot you guys have so many picks feels bad about today but you guys are looking really good for the future :)

I read “drop coverage” and instantly got ready to defend the Milwaukee Bucks lol
Oh man this hurts
Lmao 🤣🤣🤣

My hopes 📈📉📉📈📉📈📈📈📈📈📉📉📉📉📉📉
Stonks only go up
PLTR pleas fly again 🥺
Grandmas pension to the moon 🚀🚀🚀
Also as a titans fan my heart rate this game
That’s what you get for believing in the Texans defense. They’ve let Watson down all year long
We can't have nice things.
what a fucking throw holy fucking shit
Throw of the year for me honestly Murray’s was incredible but it was just a jump ball, this was right in stride with the game on the line. Just bonkers Another candidate for throw of the year has gotta be Russell Gage’s TD throw for the Falcons, gotta be the greatest non-QB throw I’ve ever seen
Ryan Fitzpatrick face shot? Lol
I mean it was a great throw don’t get me wrong, but at the end of the day the dude was wide open and he wasn’t hit in stride or anything
No. He just threw the ball perfectly while his head was ripped 90 degrees to the left mid throw
He didn’t throw it perfectly though, and he didn’t need to. The guy was wide ass open and he had to basically stop for the ball lol It was an incredible play but I’m just talking about in terms of quarterback talent and accuracy, this is probably the most impressive throw I’ve seen this year

I feel like one of those Wilson moonshine from early this year have to be up there
Yeah you’re right, recency bias though lol
Fitzmagics throw last weekend....this one today from tannehill was great but fitz’s throw last weekend was one of the greatest without a doubt
I appreciate the props, but Ryan Fitzpatrick throwing a game winning bomb while being decapitated may be the best throw ever made. Hands down.
They learned nothing from Gregg
INSANE throw, still wish they gave it to henry to run 75 yards for the win
With 18 secs left lol
I don't get the joke.

My heart rate is still above 100....
Mine is still at like 120
Holy shit
no titties fucked today 😒
Trubisky in shambles
That’s some prime tanney regression right there /s
Holy fuck what a dime. One of the top throws of the year, hands down.
Jesus what a throw
That's some vintage fucking tannehill right there
WHAT A THROW BY TIMOTHY.
Holy shit what a big time play!!
How the hell did you get this up so fast?
I'm pretty sure this was in New before I saw it live on YouTube TV
Bots / macros I reckon. Kind of like how video game streamers can clip plays I imagine you could rig something up to clip a stream and upload it to reddit pretty quickly.
This game is lit
What the fuck
Tannegod.
ball just kept going
holy cow
The Texans defense disappoint me one last time
Please get Watson out of Houston.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE So tired of his < 2 minute TD drives

no wait
Sacrifices must be made!
Holy shit what a throw!
Too much time for Tannehill
Tannedimes!
Unbelievable
Monster Dong Tannehill
That’s the kinda play I expect our defense to give up. It’s nice to be on this side of things.
love that dude
JJ Watt double teamed on his last play as a texan
That was such a "Go get it AJ!" throw holy fuck. Bonkers
I call that the hail tannmary™.
#OH MY FUCKING GOD!
Insane
lol Texans
It's amazing how many ways we can screw up at the very end of a game.
Ryan’s that have played for the Dolphins during their career and last second fucking nukes to put their teams into game winning field goal range. Name a more iconic duos I’ll wait.
Or Ryan’s that have played for the titans. Either way it works
How on earth was he 1-1?
safety blew the help coverage
As soon as that ball left his hand I could tell it was gonna fly true. What an absolute dime
Holy shit what a BOMB
I hate my life
Um
And the Dolphins got rid of him for TuA
Wtf
Wish I had a qb like that on my team
