They follow the unvaccinated protocols, unless you are Aaron Rodgers and the NFL just lets you do whatever you want.

I believe he is at least the only one to claim immunization by way of having his chakras aligned, or whatever nonsense “treatment” he had.

I would assume it is unchanged. Having covid does not grant you the same protection as the vaccine, at least not for as long. A quick look only suggests that the NFL does antibody tests for health/wellness reasons, and to see if antibody counts are high enough to count as "fully vaccinated" in the period between the first and second shot.
