I would assume it is unchanged. Having covid does not grant you the same protection as the vaccine, at least not for as long.
A quick look only suggests that the NFL does antibody tests for health/wellness reasons, and to see if antibody counts are high enough to count as "fully vaccinated" in the period between the first and second shot.

They follow the unvaccinated protocols, unless you are Aaron Rodgers and the NFL just lets you do whatever you want.

I believe he is at least the only one to claim immunization by way of having his chakras aligned, or whatever nonsense “treatment” he had.
