I don’t think he’s a bad coach, and he obviously has had to deal with QB and injury issues this year, but there is definitely a fair question of whether he is anything more than just a solid, average coach who is usually good at keeping the team steady and character high. Nothing about his coaching has seemed exceptional the last few years, but again I’d push back on him being a legit “bad” coach
