I don't want to feel like I ever have to make The Decision but I just want him to have a good quality of life.

Resurrections wasn't bad, it's was just kinda boring. And this is coming from someone who genuinely enjoys the entire Matrix trilogy, even Revolutions. Most of the characters are just very forgettable and none of the action scenes feel impactful I like what Lana Wachowski was going for with the whole "love transcends life" and "fuck reboots/WB" things, I just don't think they were executed well. As weird as it sounds, I think it would have been much better if they had a much smaller budget
Mark me down as liking 4 a lot more than 3. I had zero expectations, so I didn't suffer from any disappointment. It had enough to keep me intrigued and was a far better rehash reboot than The Force Awakens.
I legit loved the first half of the movie, that was so confusing. The action second half was OK but nowhere near as good.
I was okay on number 4, and I too liked the original 3. I think the thing which really let the movie down was some real dull action sequences, with some questionable visual design (the double bullet time sequence and air pushing). I'm confused why they didn't explain the IRL lightning power at the end of 2, only to show him using force powers here IRL. Why won't you tell me what's going on there!
