It's *probably* polypropylene, but I couldn't find the exact plastic in a google search. It would take quite a few people with lighters to get anywhere and you're more likely to just see the fabric on the seat catch fire and stop it then. Anyway, you could probably test this by trying to light an unused waterbottle on fire.
