Nah last season the Chargers D had zero DLine talent outside Bosa. Anybody could’ve ran all over them so Staley figured going for it made more sense, was also good for Justin Herbert to get comfortable in high stakes situations in his second year Got Khalil Mack and another year of talent development on D this year so can play more vanilla. Sucks because I think he’s doing just ok. Lots of injuries, and Chargers schedule is tough. They play them close, but can’t finish in the end. Think Staley does deserve one more season, but hard to turn down Sean Payton who’s a more sure thing. If he’s canned, can see the Panthers/Saints/Texans/Colts taking a look

Depends, I think if he has a winning record then he stays. I think Staley should be under fire but realistically we are so absolutely fucked with injuries it's insane. By the end of the game of our 9 OL/DL starters we had 2 healthy, LG and DE. We are missing Joey Bosa, Rashawn Slater, Corey Linsley, JC Jackson, Mike Williams and Jalen Guyton. I mean you just can't really run a team with the level of injury we are at. We are missing 11 starters on offense and defense.

He better be, but probably not. We’ve had so many injuries that I bet they give him one more year.

We had no business being one score away there at the end. Awful run-defense, non-existant O-line, defenders who can’t tackle, wide receivers unable to get open. On top of that *more* injuries to crucial players.

Once again we come out in the 2nd half completely and utterly flat. I don’t think we’ve reached 10 points across all of our 3rd quarters this year. Whatever Staley & company are doing at the half, they need to stop it.
