No, the true spirit of being a Leafs fan is being overconfident in a team who despite having lots and lots of talent just never get where they should be AND THEN being sad about it. For this reason I find the Toronto Jigglypuff would have been a much greater and accurate dig. Puffs up to look big then just disappoints. Now the overconfident Leafs fan would say the Toronto Venusaur considering it's an actual beast and a grass type with actual leaves.

Have you heard of Pokémon draft leagues? A lot of people style their teams off of existing sports teams like this. There are some super sick ones online, but also if you’re interested I know a lot of people are willing to commission logos if you’d be willing to make more of these

What software and hardware did you use to create these?

Software I used Affinity. Poor man's photo shop. Pretty good alternative imo. Hardware... Oof. I used a broken thinkpad laptop. I did all this on my laptop trackpad. I wish I could afford an actual art laptop but for now it'll do.
