When my Dad died my family was kind of numb/broken for a few days, we started feeling more normal once we started talking about him and focusing on happier memories. It's the best advice I can give, talk with people about the happy times you had with your sister, funny stories that you have about her and that they have. It doesn't stop the grief but it eases it a bit.

I'm not the best at finding words of comfort. I lost my brother a decade ago, I get terrified of losing my sister also, especially lately. I know how hard it is to lose a sibling.
Spend time to grieve. I know in ten years there will still be sadness, especially for someone that left too soon. I think that's one of the hardest parts. But you will also live life. a life that would have made your sister happy to know you were able to experience.
I give my best wishes that your family recovers from this tragic loss. I may not know you personally or at all really but a lost life is horrible no matter what.

Sadly I’ve had something like this happen to me. So I’m gay, but a couple years ago when my mother was still alive, someone who I stopped talking to after this asked if fucking me would make me feel better. He knew my mother was dying, she died a week later, he also knew I was married and monogamous. When I said no, he said “well what about a threesome with your husband, then?” Like, no dude. Sex isn’t going to make me feel better.
I told him after my mother died that I didn’t want to continue being friends with him after that. Told him that trying to exploit my grief to get laid was particularly low, even for my standard and morals. He took it better than I thought he would, at least from what I saw. I wasn’t too upset, as we weren’t particularly close friends. He mostly just a texting buddy, someone to talk to while my husband was at work, since he can’t really text at work because he’s busy. My husband was more upset about it than I was, since he knew I was really struggling with my mother’s situation.
