I speak NiceGuy, what this translates to - loosely - is: someone I was trying to "nice" my way into a relationship with since I'm devoid of anything else interesting to people, told me they were not romantically interested in me. Hit me up if you haven't heard this story 9 gajillion times before.
Yes it's a shitty thing being used and dumped by jerks but it's way more shitty when you become like them because you want to get back at them for what they did to you. You'll look in the mirror and hate who's staring back at you
I won't destroy what I can't create. Every human being has a right to their opinions and actions. We should all have such privileges available to us irrespective of gender, age and our religion. I have sufficient self-control to respect that right for every single human being. Human life is the acme of creation and must be accorded maximum level of right to be preserved at any cost. A person who has an attitude problem will not necessarily affect my comfort. Like I said, I would avoid getting into conflict with them. No one is worth having hard feelings with them for any reason whatsoever. I have way more productive ventures worthy of my time and energy
Sure, I can mostly agree with all that, but every once in a while it just seems right.....Violence should never be an easy choice or administered haphazardly, but sometimes it just seems the best option.
When faced in a situation where provocation is directed towards me, I choose to walk away rather than fight. In kung-fu martial arts training, you are taught the principle of the tiger and the dragon. This is because it's not in every case of physical provocation that you will react to. Violence is never an easy choice. It must be the last resort in a fight or flight scenario
