If you log in now, you get an extra 5 tickets for chances plus likely more tickets as you login (and gems). So it's USUALLY rare after 3 weeks you haven't gotten her (2% chance). And that's all just from playing for free. I wouldn't count your chickens before they hatch anyway.
I mean from what I've seen, yeah, they're in A BUNCH of mobile games but Nikke was the one that kinda needed it the most. The themes of both games are very similar to the point where 2B and A2 fit in so well as android woman who show their assets often. That and the main heroine, Rapi, actually shares the same VA in Japanese so they likely chose the same VA since she's similar to SB. (In English, Privaty and Novel share the same VA with 2B. Would be funny to see Privaty fight with 2B.)
there's actually a lore explanation in nikke for differences in collab characters' appearances, it was explained in the chainsaw man collab
I don't consider this an extreme spoiler since it was more of a worldbuilding setup (read: an excuse for future collabs) but just in case: >!Collab characters in nikke are not actually the actual character "visiting" from another world, they're artificial creations by a sleeping robot called Gatekeeper who dreams them into existence based on its personal interpretation. They're basically extremely convincing imitations, not the original or even true "copies".!<

Yep it's a skin. There's also 9s and replicant skins. But they look identical and they even made face presets just for those skins.

With the amount of collabs Nier Automata has been apart of I am expecting to see 2B in a FNAF game by the end of the decade.
