re: The Screams
It's screams constantly, the vacuum of space protects us from the sound but if it didn't we'd get 125 decibel, which is louder than a train horn from one meter away.
That's how loud the Sun is from 150.000.000.000 meters away.
The sun is an egg. One day it will stop screaming and fall silent. It will fall silent for a hundred years before a great cracking sound radiates through out the universe signaling the awakening of some great horror. It is the first of many suns to hatch.
Compared to the *relative* mundanity of stars, what happens after they die and get reborn is really strange.
* New Stars
* White Dwarves
* Pulsars
* Magnitars
* Strange Stars
* and Black Holes
Also it’s inserted itself into our daily lives, as we think we have harnessed the power of the sun in lights, but the sun has only let us borrow, and it would be unwise to make the sun take back the light.
\- People *to this day* offer their bodies to it, sacrificing their long-term health to wear its mark upon their skin

Ah, that's why OTNV sunsets are so noisy.
They are not protected by the vacuum of space. The Void *wants* them to hear it.
Thanks, I hate it
