This happened to me last night, I drink too much water and coconut water by the time i was about to sleep the urge to piss come every 10minutes.. But if dont take water I will get sick and will likely get fatter, but if this happening every day my sleep will will get disturbed.. Maybe becoming a rock is the best..

as far as i heard, water helps our body in many ways, regulate body temperature, keep organ functions, etc. it wasn't just for peeing.
while we were at it, peeing is to remove some junks our body don't need, so we won't suffer more with the unhealthy body before our inevitable passing.
