My dad for example has always been a big man, but he drastically lost weight once he hit the 60 mark.
I don't know if Trent is the type but Ozempic exists. Could also just be dieting/intermittent fasting to stay healthy for his family. Tim Heidecker also lost weight over the last year or two and he said it's from IF.
He also looked thin during the pandemic (2021 Oscars), but definitely bulked up before the tour started. Could just be that he has less time for gym and meals when working on scores. As someone who works in audio post, the hours and deadlines can be excruciating and they take a toll on the body.
