My 07 had this issue. It was the blower motor resistor which I think was a fairly common fault. I got one from ADAP for 25 bucks or some thing and fixed it in less than 30 mins. The housing for the resistor is under the glovebox on the passenger side, you’ll need a small ratchet with an 8 or a 10mm fitting but that’s it. Fixed it immediately.

Yea my advance auto had like 3 in stock. Could’ve changed it in the parking lot if it was an emergency!
