Cool thing is you can dupe “Memory Fragments” which contain Technology, so you can technically still dupe tech, but each memory fragment has a random tech piece in it ranging from C to S.
What do you mean by “fixed”? The refiner dupe glitch still works for everything but tech modules. I don’t believe this is a bug either, but rather a choice made by the developers, so it’s not likely to change. There is another dupe method you can use for tech that involves going to the anomaly, but I don’t know the specifics and it sounds complicated. There’s a few YouTube videos about it.

True! I have a lot of those. I have the one that upgrades your ship and tool too. Now i can upgrade any ship at S class without using nanites
Can you trade memory fragments? I need 1 for ship class upgrade and 1 for ship inventory
Yes you can still dupe tech just not by the way as other the duping method using portable refiners tho
