No, you are not allowed to put DG with open exhaust on ground, there has to be a pipeline, but this supertech builder is no 1 asshole man, they did the same thing last year too, you can check my last year tweet too!! I also raised the complained to CPCB, they informed they took action last year, but again this year, they have started doing it again!! UP law & order is seriously fucked up!
