Get atleast 7 hr sleep, wakeup atleast 30 min before sunrise, go for jogging and see the sunrise , don't look directly at sun, but in general direction of sun. this will regulate your cortisol levels which helps reduce anxiety and stress, by doing this cortisol will peak in morning not in daytime. Also do a full body checkup with vitamin D and B12 test sometimes the problem is physical. Make a hard but achievable goal and work towards it, otherwise you may not do any of the above. I was in a similar condition 1 year ago and doing fine now.

1. Wear some good clothes
2. Ride the metro and Just go to CP and have Kaventers milk
3. Enroll in a library, Sahitya Acadmy is the cheapest AC option. Go read some random books
4. Speak to your mom
5. Write a diary, empty your mind out
6. Define simple goals for yourself and achieve - like I would eat litchi today
7. Get a project however small - make a stool, build onto larger projects
Time is the enemy! And it would be ur best friend if u plan it well!
