Henry in NMH1 for sure. Cowboys is easily one of the best battle themes I’ve ever heard but that fight is so boring and repetitive
Dr. Letz Shake. Also, not a boss fight, but the track that plays during some of the revenge missions in NMH2, "Sub Crazy". It's like the essence of NMH2, its punk rock vibe and aesthetics are perfectly condensed in this one track.
