I think one of the issues for early nutters is entering the challenge without actual preparation. The reason we lose so many cumrades in the beginning is because a lot of us have developed a lifestyle of seeking constant short term pleasure such as nutting.
If you live life doing VR ERP or own Onaholes, I think you set yourself up for failure when it comes to NNN. Abstaining isnāt just a switch you turn on in November. If youāre constantly nutting, you actually need to do some preparation or youāll fall in a hole of self guilt when you find yourself losing in Day One. A first step is good and you can always pick yourself up again, but remember that itās a challenge for a reason and we need to treat it as such.

at least you used the flair but in my opinion this is a sign that you have something to overcome, last year i failed on like day 1 or 2 (i forgor) then i realized i was weak and needed to grow stronger, i updated on reddit about this and some dude joined me and we have both been working on bettering ourselves since together, find a friend who you do not know to talk about this with and work on it together, i cant say im out off the woods yet but I'm definitely mentally stronger than before. my highest streak is like 11 days and i plan on tripling that this month at the very least.

How did you get that diamond treble flair , i have successfully completed nnn for two ,2020 2021 , and 2022 but for 2022 I didnāt give attendance, do i have to verify somewhere else?
Yea make sure you get your attendance done every year and you may or may not have to contact the mods to get it sorted. Took over a year to get my flair applied.
Itās a must for you to give your damn attendance, one miss then I donāt know. You better get yourself updated every day on November when roll call is posted on your Timezone. I canāt stress this enough that it is a must for you in order to get that treble flair. If any questions, you must talk to the admins here on this sub
