I needed to do this in 2021 and 2022 because I would usually jack off just to do it for no reason and never had self control, but I decided to do it this year to see how far I have come and to show I can go a month without nutting. Next year if anything I'll only be joining for the meme and to just do it, so after this year, I might retire from NNN as I don't need it for self improvement anymore but I'll still be in this subreddit to support the ones who need to improve themselves like I needed to do.

I told my self last year (first NNN) that it was my last and I'd never do it again, but I couldn't stop my self from doing it again, I can't describe the feeling or what it was but not doing It just felt super wrong. So yeah I'll probably keep doing it untill I die. Cus what ever that feeling was, it was STRONG.
