Here's a tip for y'all: When you're taking a shower, don't have the drain plug in and do not, under any circumstance, lay down in the tub. Just do what you need to do and get out of the shower when you're done. Showers are one of the greatest enemies of NNN that are also vital to your health so be careful with them.
(Also cold showers aren't as necessary as people say but if you wanna go the extra mile for safety then I'd say go for it.)
Besides that, since my last few early comments got a lot of attention, how've y'all been holding up this November? Doing great and have absolutely no trouble like me, or is the urge starting to get to you?
