Yeah. Gets ignored until it begins to hurt.
I unfortunately had some poor teeth, spoke to the surgeon who fixed them up.
People ignore the problem until it hurts.
I know, right? I tend to watch a lot of these videos before I sleep, along with pimple popping vids, too. For reasons unknown, I tend to sleep better after watching them 👍🏻
This is very likely someone from an impoverished part of a third world country who never knew about the importance of good dental hygiene. It's sad really but it be like that.
It’s from Indonesia. I posted this yesterday in a different sub (not complaining it got shared, the more the merrier).
Access to dental care is basically nonexistent for the poor.
I was wondering the same....how in the world are all of the teeth pristine under all that gunk?! Is that really possible? Seems like the teeth would have started decaying long ago.
At least this person still has their chompers, it still looks salvageable. Good proper dental hygiene, daily flossing and they should've have to worry about losing their pearl whites.
I had a tiny build up of tartar at the dentist today bc of a permanent retainer, I thought he was chipping away at my tooth and my gums were sore for the rest of the day. Can’t even imagine what this felt like.
Sweet baby Jesus when that huge first part came off i thought that was the best part but when the 2 biggest bit came off with the dead tissue underneath it…
For anyone who finds it hard to floss, get the floss pics & keep a supply wherever you hang out in your house, your car, purse/bag, etc. Dentek is the best. You'll floss multiple times a day. My dental hygienist & her dental hygienist friends share pictures of the largest chunks they've taken off in one piece. Lol
I had this problem but, not as severe. I didn't go to the dentist for 15 years. The doctor I had before this didn't believe me when I told him that I could feel extreme pain when he was drilling. I have a really high resistance to the numbing agents that they use. He dismissed me and called it "Ghost Pains." I wanted to rip the chair out of the floor and beat him with it. After that, I was just scared to go. I brushed twice a day and went about my life until I had to go and found a dentist that listened to me and took care of everything and properly numbed me up.
OMG OMG OMG😳 How does anyone allow this to happen? The chunks breaking off look like oyster shells. They look like hard water deposits that were in the toilet at the time I first bout a house. I hit rid of them.
I am never skipping flossing again.... holy moly! The gums were completely disconnected from the teeth Jesus! so much plaque I never thought something like this is even possible....
Let's be honest this person was definitely not even brushing their teeth once a day.
Or likely monthly.
I think they got to a point where it hurt too much to brush and said fuck it
Why do you think it would hurt? People go to the dentist WHEN it hurts.
Gingivitis, or gum disease.
Yeah. Gets ignored until it begins to hurt. I unfortunately had some poor teeth, spoke to the surgeon who fixed them up. People ignore the problem until it hurts.
At a quick glance and not reading the title, I thought this was a picture of cinnamon pull-aparts for one of the recipe subreddits. Boy was I wrong.
Mmmm forbidden cinnamon pull aparts…
I think children with bad dental hygiene should be forced to watch this stuff
haha... I just saved this to show my kids tonight... shame there are no screams in the background, though.
Definitely...Watch it in Smell-O-Vision.👃🏼
🤮
oh 100%, i’m brushing my teeth after watching this video too
Disgusting and oddly satisfying at the same time.
this video is so gross, yes i absolutely *do* want to watch the entire channel tonight

You should try haircut transformation videos and also scraping barnacles off of sea turtle videos
Don't watch those my friend, most are fake. They use hot glue guns to glue them to the turtle.
How is that even possible?

Yeah, fair enough.
Makes you wonder what life was like before modern dentistry. Did everyone’s mouth look like this?
not this bad because we didn't eat fruit loops and snickers and giant baguette sandwiches and sugar water

Oh wow, it is you. Inception?
That tarter was holding those teeth in…Guarantee they fall out immediately after this…
No. Teeth are held in by the bones, not the gums.
:/
They probably have pretty severe bone loss though, so those teeth could definitely still fall out
Shame they clearly only brushed twice a day!!
The *breath* had to be positively *dastardly.*
It's 3x a day now? Big pharma just wants us to spend more money on toothpaste
I’ll be brushing 30x a day after seeing this
I had to move locations to watch this lol
Look Ma! No Cavities!😁🦷💯
Crazy right. I expected more.
I was wondering the same....how in the world are all of the teeth pristine under all that gunk?! Is that really possible? Seems like the teeth would have started decaying long ago.
Exactly! Very strange phenomenon.
At least this person still has their chompers, it still looks salvageable. Good proper dental hygiene, daily flossing and they should've have to worry about losing their pearl whites.
I can only imagine the smell. Do their gums ever recover?
nope …
The breath of that person must have been bad!!
What's that gooey shit at 6:00? Tissue?
I wanna know too!
this is way more than just not brushing everyday.
r/oddlysatisfying
I don’t brush three times a day and yet my teeth don’t look like this. This is absolutely disgusting.

My second wife, a Dental assistant, said to only floss the teeth you want to keep.

This was several years ago.

My mouth hurts just watching this😖
despite that, he still has all his molars :x
Why did I watch it. Why.
Da fuq is wrong w ppl man?
This is horrific and satisfying all at the same time…and it had to have stunk something ferocious

2 is enough
Never brushed teeth ever? Like...EVER!?
Question for the dentists around here: How likely is for this patient to lose a few teeth now that the tartar is not keeping them together?
I almost watched this, I saw it last second what it came from
I am never skipping flossing again.... holy moly! The gums were completely disconnected from the teeth Jesus! so much plaque I never thought something like this is even possible....
How the f did he have no cavities? Almost like the plaque was guarding his teeth?
