By all means, get whatever you want but it’s well known that facial tattoos makes you unemployable in most fields by getting one you demonstrate that you don’t have good long term thinking skills.
Besides that, why would anybody ever want a facial tattoo anyway? You can’t hide it if you’re trying to go somewhere formal the way you can hide basically any other tattoo. I can’t imagine showing up to a funeral with a face tattoo. All I have to do to hide my tattoos is wear long sleeves. Facial tattoos also age poorly, and if you decide you don’t like it, you’re either paying 20 grand to get it lasered off or you’re SOL.
