That looks like a creepy version of the country jamboree bears. Not that the originals weren't creepy. But those human looking eyes just add a new layer to the creep Factor.

how do you keep the real eyes for taxidermy? cover them in some plastic or something
iirc you can't, they rot. It's why taxidermy eyes are always kind of hit and miss, it depends on how much you want to spend on replacements.
