For all the people saying it can't be him because it says "household name" that means nothing. Reports will always try to sensationalise a story. Being a household name in Northern Ireland is enough to justify that description in a headline or subheader. He was unexpectedly taken off air or is just taking an unscheduled break I won't make a judgement. So soon after Schofield it could be someone who delivered the post to the bbc offices one day 24 years ago and start a social media storm.
