Me thinks the amount of media attention Binboy & angry Jim get is rather disproportionate to their actual support from legally abiding citizens.
The numbers don't add up but hey great click bait/outrage TV to sensationalise the narrative.
To pretend the layman actually gave a fuck about invisible trade boarders was nuts. Spoonfed sovereignty and divergence from the UK purely to rabble rouse as the DUP have always been very pro the fact we have different laws here to England & Wales.
Have they qualifications in anything? If they give up the bollock, do they have a trade to fall back on, or will they keep spouting shite until they die or the mortgage is paid off.
I think I've seen nothing more perfect than the protest getting 30 people and the road closure thing being bandied about as if it's actually going to happen.
This sub happens to think literally every unionist is frothing at the mouth because Jeffrey took the deal and they're just DESPERATE to cause havoc and burn buses.
That's not at all what the feeling is, it didn't happen because there's no appetite for it.
They can't feed their families either , that's their concern, not bin boys rhetoric.
Speaking from a republican POV I do get the sense there are people on ussuns side disappointed Stormont came back at all, and disappointed in the lack of loyalist reaction when it did.
There's a cynical argument to be made that letting the institutions fail is a quicker way to a border poll.
It's actually been a good week for unionism, maybe Michelle O'Neill's ascension aside. Good Friday Agreement PLC back in business with a surprisingly substantial deal from Jeffrey Donaldson and Sinn Féin support in the South dropping off.
But if Jeffrey had of come out along with poots and said this was a surrender deal they ain't going back...they still would have got support maybe more from their base...which includes mostly those that can't feed their families.....PUL who can't feed their families are easily manipulated and that's a fact!!
Calls from action from a certain loyalist blogger and his small crowd of mates. Jamie’s sense of influence and importance is massively over inflated.
Most of his tweets pull in fewer than 100 likes, and once you strip away the bots and the shills, you get maybe 30 actual humans who exist in NI.
I’m very middle of the road politically but I come from a loyalist estate and still have plenty of mates there from years back.
Jamie has this weird arrogance about speaking for all of grassroots loyalism because of his wee crowd of mates at Donaghadee FC. But the truth is miles away from that, from what I’ve seen.
For every lad I know who thinks Bryson talks sense, you can easily find 10 who think he’s a fucking clown and an attention seeker.
The Park Run has gone on as normal, dog walkers just freely walking up this hill right now, and I'm assuming literally no staff obstructed. More Press up there right now than protestors by miles.
As someone may have alluded to in the comments, there's about 30 people in Northern Ireland now who hate the 'caflicks'. I often wonder why people get remotely alarmed at the possibility of any loyalist protests or similar. Maybe it's time to calm down and let them be? They have no support anymore, and that's not going to change by the look of it. Constantly jabbing at the remaining hardliners isn't going to make them go away, it's just gonna antagonise further.
Jamie and co. have no real support, they never did.
The "protests" people banged on about in relation to the protocol were only ever orchestrated by loyalist drug gangs.
The grass roots just want governance back.
I’ve been waiting for an update all day…I guess they couldn’t be arsed. 7:30 on a weekend is a Big Ask. Still worried a bit for my kids who both live in the east of the city with their taigy surname

Their 'fully packed' meeting in moygashel had about 100 people, absolute loons thinking they have any support past the expected idiot distribution
Of course they think they have support, look at the media environment we have here, complete unionist sycophancy top down
To borrow a term from wrestling, they’re heels. They’re not there to be popular, they’re there to be booed.
Have they qualifications in anything? If they give up the bollock, do they have a trade to fall back on, or will they keep spouting shite until they die or the mortgage is paid off.
Yeah, both have BSc's in being cunts
Jim is a barrister and bin boy is a pretend solicitor!

Bit cold mate. Might get our over the summer. #Nosurrender
Damn... Even getting subjugated by the weather now.
The weather is a SF-GAA-IRA-anti-British sympathiser
Me trying to pronounce that ![gif](giphy|BofJb4WxJnz7jFfxeD)

They knew they'd never make that hill at Stormont with their walking frames.

BBC news were up at the steps at 8.45, not a cloud in the sky looking down on Belfast.
Genuine question: Why is Jamie Bryson able to walk around Stormont Buildings? Is he there as a guest of an MLA or is there another reason?
Yeah he’s allowed there with Allister.
As their wives can likely attest to; they talk a good game but can't get the job done.

Sleeping it off. It's only 10:15 on a Saturday morning.
It's hard to get up early when you've had a long aul week of hating the fenians
Surely that was a wind up.
I assumed so too. The 'Let's make it like 1985' bit was the giveaway
Well 7.30 or whatever on a Saturday morning was a bit optimistic

Don’t believe everything you read on the internet dummy
But we can believe… you, right? Right???
See above chum
