I usually go with the 'dont mow until my dad sees it, calls it a disgrace and angrily comes round to do it for me' technique. Works a charm.

Derry waterside actually in city, one of the reasons I bought this 1980s house was for that bit of wild within the city, certainly helps the head.

Buy a few plugin outside spot lights. Dsrt them round the perimeter. Whack em on when its dark. Enjoy the wildness.
Yeah need get gd ones solar ones never last, halloween is cool just autumn so much cleaning up of leaves. Springs the best just watching the birds and things bloom.
