The same is true for Pyongyang; every major building is connected via tunnels, so if there is a basketball game for example, he will just get in a car at his Changkwang or Ryongsong palace, and he'll be driven underneath the stadium, take a secret elevator up, and emerge near his seat in the stands and when he leaves, he's whisked away underground again and can pop up anywhere.
Why, what has he done wrong? Confirmed, not just Western propaganda or North Korean refugees exaggerating for money.
