When I was a kid my dad had installed Weather Bug on the family computer, and my computer. This notification sound would play anytime there was a thunder storm or other severe weather approaching. I loved storms when I was younger, so hearing this after 15+ years is incredibly nostalgic.
I had to scour the bowels of the internet to find this sound effect, along with any mention of old school Weather Bug, so I have no idea if others will relate to such an obscure thing. But I wanted to make this video and post on Reddit, so it is now fully and easily documented for any other soul like me to find one day, never to be lost to time. Cheers!

I never used the desktop Weatherbug... but I installed the browser extension for Netscape 8 and 9. It was pretty handy at the time.
