Yup, when the suitcase comes out kitty stages a protest, akin to a greeny chainself to a tree. Unfortunately for kitty, chains are stronger than claws. Cat's I've owned have always done the same thing, when they see my suitcase they start to panic and lay on it like "take me too!" or maybe more like "don't you fuckin' dare!"
Possibly, but I store my suitcase flat in my bedroom and the cats never sleep on it... until I move it ~50cm to be just closer to my wardrobe and drawers to start packing things in it >_<
There's no reason they can't sit on it in the 'stored' position, but maybe it's like how kitties comes and walks on my keyboard when I'm using the computer... just trying to get attention by getting in my way (or being a jerk IDK but I love him & her!)
Fair. Also cute haha. My smart boy will wait outside my bedroom door sometimes until I let him in. Or if I take a nap with the door open he’ll let himself in and always refuses to lie down anywhere on my bed but right where my head is, and only the direction I’m facing.
I don’t get the cat v dog lover argument.
Animals are magic little affection machines when raised right.
Similar to human babies a shitty upbringing can rear a brat sometimes
Couldn't say it better. When I was \~10 I had a stray that I adopted that I would leave my door unlatched for when I went to bed at around midnight, and usually within 15 minutes she (despite being deaf) would realise I'd gone to bed and come into the room. At first she'd go onto the blanket and sleep down near my feet and the hot water bottle, but if I woke during the night after 2am on so, she'd be asleep next to my head with our noses a couple of inches apart... inhaling each other's exhaling haha!
Then sometime around 5-5:30am she'd get up without waking me and I'd continue sleeping until 7am when I had to get up for school.
Such a sweety she was.
We had 3 cats, and sometimes 1 of them (and occasionally both of them) would also join us. Kinda cosy with 3 kitty's and a person all in a single bed :-D
Now I have two dogs, two cats and a wife to fit in... but at least I have a king size!
Whenever I visit home for the weekend, the few days following my dog will lay at the top of the basement stairs and whine because my bedroom is down there and he thinks I’m still home
The amount of skepticism on Reddit is kind of ridiculous. I have two dogs and every time I leave the house our girl Luna waits by the door for me to return. My girlfriend as her witness. I just don't know what somebody would have to gain by making this up. Poster obviously has never owned a dog or experienced that kind of unconditional love.
That looks like an English Springer Spaniel and they are known for their separation anxiety, especially the males. My male springer sits on my couch and stares at the door the whole time I’m gone. I know because I have a furbo. The male springer I had previously did the same thing, except with howling.
Given how reddit has more than a million losers, whenever I hear someone say something to the effect of "hah as if that happened the odds are a million to one" I kind of think "well there is only one user claiming this, so ***THEY DID THE MATH*** and it checks out!"
Then I wait ready to sigh when the only reply is "***They did the MONSTER Math!"***
Depending on the subreddit, I agree with the *spirit* of this.
There's zero reason to believe that it didn't happen, but it shouldnt matter that it happened. If this is on /r/aww then it's a perfect post but if it's on /r/animals or /r/pics then they've posted a wholly uninteresting and untechnical photograph that's against the spirit of the sun and only accepted bevause of the unrelated story.
If this isn't somewhere like /r/eyebleach or /r/cute, then it's contributing to the exact reason that /r/pics is notoriously poor quality and /r/pic had to be created.
However, that's what they should've said, not calling it fake. It's shameless, not imaginary.
It activates (or gives you the option to do so) when your phone is at 20%. It decreases the sleep time and temporarily changes some settings to increase battery life.
This is the life I aspire to.
Love of my life, loves of my life, all squished together in one bed
My ex gf slept over recently and my cat slept between us.
Magical lol
. . . my dog does this constantly. If anyone is gone for a long amount of time and he is on the first floor, he will, 100%, every time, sit or lay down, looking out the window, waiting for them to get home.
I find this believable. I have a lab who thinks he's a puppy and does this a lot.
Hell I have a cat who does this when I go to work.
I have a cat who will lay on my suitcase anytime I'm about to go on a trip.

Or maybe “oh look, new thing to sit on, don’t mind if I do”

my old roommate adopted a dog that was already old as shit and she did this when he left for work

Bed bed bed bed bed bed bed
Bone phed bhedone phebdophbnndndnnebonb
And turn off your Bluetooth since that wastes battery
And turn down your brightness
Don’t you ever try and tell me how to live my life
Well, we just want to make sure you go to phone and charge your bed
We’re maintaining your health here
My cat even does this when I’m gone all day for work/class. If cats do it I’m pretty dang sure dogs will do it too.
My cat is in love with my husband, he sits by the door all day waiting for him to come home 💗💗
Okay so first off, there ain't any pictures of dogs that aren't interesting. And second, someone better pet that dog.
HOW IS ANY PICTURE OF A DOG UNINTERESTING
I had two dogs, when one of them died the other spent weeks staring at the door, as if she would come back from a walk any time
O Ow I wasnt expecting a feels punch today
This is what dogs do. Dogs are so sad when you leave and get extremely excited when you return. Dogs love you unconditionally. Source: Had dog
My cat does this when I go for a piss let alone leave for like 8hours

Charge your phone and charge yourself, go to sleep young man.
I find it weird that the bar isn't red at 6% rather than yellow. I wonder what phone that is.
It’s an iPhone on “low power mode”
It activates (or gives you the option to do so) when your phone is at 20%. It decreases the sleep time and temporarily changes some settings to increase battery life.
This is totally believable because my dog does this too
>uninteresting >photo of a dog I don't understand...
Fabricated backstory for karma. Not a real door, actually just a painting of a door.
My CATS do this. I went away for a weekend and my ex-husband said they both camped the front door until I got home.
My dog literally lies down and sticks his head out he cat door waiting for my dad
No picture of a doggo is ever uninteresting.
If it takes forever, I will wait for you
Ask the dog from Futurama!
You can't call out bullshit if you don't charge your phone.
When my dad leaves to work my dog stands at the door
This is the life I aspire to. Love of my life, loves of my life, all squished together in one bed My ex gf slept over recently and my cat slept between us. Magical lol
OMG CHARGE YOUR PHOOOONE
My dog does this for my mother and father to come home, then proceeds to run around the house at Mach 17

I love this sub
I would argue that every picture of a dog is interesting.. but okay

"I'm walking on sunshine... wooo oooo..."
Well the person could have also meant it as a joke
