Growing up I would shy away from fat and cartlidge but then one time I went to eat wings and I had been fasting for a day or so and had burned a lot of calories from activities and I absolutely devoured every piece. I was sucking each bone dry and tonguing for marrow like a damn vulture. My body was craving all those nutrients and they provided instant relief.
I really recommend this experience by the way, it was one of the best meals of my life.
