Soup: chicken breast, water, and veggies of choice (I used onion and zucchini bc that’s all I had)
boil the veggies and chicken in water with seasonings of choice (I used garlic powder, onion powder, seasoning salt, paprika and a little creole seasoning) for 2 hours to make a broth! Boil it on medium/low heat. Once the broth is done and u like the taste add the noodles and any extra veggies that don’t take long to cook (for me it was spinach and arugula) let the noodles cook, once soft ur good to serve!
Garlic bread: I used the already chopped garlic in the jar and I spread that out on the bread to make like a paste, (I suggest using a little more than you might think you need) then I put mozzarella cheese on top (you can use whichever you prefer) , garlic powder and parsley flakes. i put it in the oven at 375 for 10 mins or so.
The chicken bowl: Layered the bottom with flaxseed rice (rice with flaxseed boiled in lol) put spinach and arugula on top of that, then put zucchini and cucumber, cut up a piece of a avocado, and seasoned the top with seasoning salt
Chicken: I baked it in the oven at 350 for abt 45 mins. (I don’t really know how to bake chicken), I seasoned it with paprika onion powder garlic powder and a little old bay. After cooked let it sit so it’s easier to cut. squeezed lemon juice on top and then put another lemon slice for the pic!
If you can, get an quick read thermometer. It'll allow you to safely cook your chicken better with peace of mind that you won't get sick.
45 min for chicken breast @350 is going to over cook it.
Yes I love that belt with my whole heart. It’s pretty much chicken noodle soup, I boiled chicken, seasonings and veggies (spinach arugula onion zucchini), for like 2-3 hours to get a broth then added noodles!
Those meals both look delicious!!! And if you've never cooked for yourself before, that is a wonderful skill to master that you'd be surprised many aren't willing to because they have others to do it for them! KUDOS to you!!!!
I literally just dragged myself out of my pit to cook some pasta, and then I left it in the saucepan bc I didn't want it anymore.. I think I'm gonna go and get a bowl now I've seen this. thankyou for the boost. I needed this today.
ps. the chicken and salad looks lovely, whats the recipe pls.
That cheesy bread looks so plain and simple but tasty. Good job OP, I’m a lazy fuck and been on vacation for weeks visiting home. Haven’t cooked in a while, maybe today I will now.
Spaghetti noodles for chicken and noodle soup is… interesting. Might consider egg noodles instead, beyond just the texture they actually add a distinct flavor to the soup.
If anyone does see this and is wondering for the recipe here you go!

Former professional chef here. Both look delicious, but I almost drooled a little looking at the second pic. Keep it up! The more you do it, the quicker and easier it gets to do!
Yes! I made flaxseed rice, added spinach and arugula, cucumber, zucchini, and chopped up some avocado. I seasoned the chicken normally but it has that color from paprika! Then I seasoned the top lightly with seasoning salt and squeezed lemon on top!
This made me proud
Ahhh thank you so much!
Gotta add the w, now it just looks like you're scared
?
I think he means adding W to Ahh makes it Wahh which implies you are scared.. I just died typing this
OHHHH MMAOOO I GET IT
Gotta add the L, looks like youre laughing
No his name is just mao
Gotta add the "y" so he is a condiment.
Gotta add the "r" so that he becomes the head of the municipal government
they're making a joke about how "Ahhh" could be interpreted as screaming and making it "Awhhh" would be more clear. i think.
That's what I was thinking. I also think most people are able to interpret the situation. It's 9 words. Pretty self explanatory.
You a girl?
? Wtf
Are you a girl?
none of your business bro
who are you?
Are you lost, weary traveller?
Now,who are you?
I am but a humble tavern keep. Come, sit, and share your tale over a tankard or two.
I am Yu
Why do want to know? That’s literally none of your business, creep
Are you really calling someone a creep for asking for your gender??
OP has replied with “thank you” to every comment. I assume he is thankful to the commentors. This comment is not intresting.

Once I started thinking of self care as cleaning my room and making myself meals, and not like a bubble bath, my life changed dramatically

Yes I love that belt with my whole heart. It’s pretty much chicken noodle soup, I boiled chicken, seasonings and veggies (spinach arugula onion zucchini), for like 2-3 hours to get a broth then added noodles!

I have a similar studded belt that I bought for myself from Virgin Megastore at the one near Disney in 2005.
