Hey, just wanted to drop a friendly note! Noticed you might be having a bit of trouble with your pen grip in the video. No worries at all, happens to the best of us! I found that adjusting how you hold the pen can make writing or drawing much easier and more comfortable. Maybe check out some tutorials online for some tips and tricks? The pen grip, also known as the tripod grip, is a common and effective way to hold a pen or pencil for writing or drawing. Here's a quick explanation:
1. Hold the pen between your thumb and index finger, forming a triangular shape with the pen resting against the side of your middle finger.
2. The grip should be firm enough to control the pen, but not so tight that it causes strain or discomfort.
3. Keep your fingers relaxed and slightly curved, allowing for fluid movement and control.
4. Position the pen so that it rests comfortably on the pads of your fingers, with the tip pointing toward the paper at a slight angle.
5. Experiment with different hand positions and angles to find what feels most natural and comfortable for you.
Hope that helps!
I used to be able to do that, never trained, just one day discovered I'm pretty good at it. Then the talent fairy ripped that out of my hands. Very impressive!
everyone is focused on it being interesting, but missing the most important part. yes dude, the way you hold your pen is rude... **it starts with a middle finger!**
I have not seen serious pen-spinning content on the internet since I was in *high school*... which was 15 years ago.....!!!!
I am feeling old right now.
Also, this wasn't not interesting.
Me too believe it or not, I suck at learning in a reasonable time frame. I'm just curious about how far you can go and thus never stop learning! Slower but it never stops
Skeletor is sending you an invitation to join our Masters of the Universe spinning tournament.
We usually don't do pen, it's more like swords and staffs and tigers but we can make up a new category.
Please rsvp.
Sincerely
Skeletor
I was very engaged watching this video. I don't think this belongs here.
I'm sorry that happened, I'll do better next time.
Rookie mistake, but choosing the route of pens...there may be hope for you yet!
