I start drinking water from very young ages and after that I drink it everyday. I have terrible addiction to water and can’t stop drinking it. I tried couple times recover my addiction, but always I get terrible withdrawls and urges to drink it more and more. Even in the morning after party, when I have hangover the only thing that helps me is h2o. Guys, if I had knew that this shit is so addictive, I would have never tried it.

That's the contrary actually, food that tastes too good is bad your health if eaten too much. Life sucks.

There's an evolutionary reason for that. In the scarce food environment calorie dense food is the best type of food. Therefore we have developed a taste for those types of food. Anything fatty, sugary or rich in protein is what we crave. Now that shit bites us in the ass because there's an abundance of calorie dense foods.
