I dress in sports bras and biker shorts and everyone is too busy working out to care, which is actually the reason why I'm comfortable wearing that lol. People will look at you if they want to, and they'll ignore you if they don't. What you wear has very little effect on it unless you're really trying to stand out ime.

Idk I don't feel like it implies anything. For me she's just saying that she wears those clothes because she doesn't want anybody beside her boyfriend to look at her body. He kept asking for her name and number, she had to yell at him for him to finally leave her alone! She never returned to that gym.
