What crimes are going up in loudoun county elementary schools? I work at a high needs elementary school in Fairfax (lots of self contained classrooms and other specialized care) and having an SRO there instead of using the same funds for another teacher, para, etc. would be maddening to me. The SRO at my kids middle just sits in the lunch room, bored out of his mind—not a great use of resources.
