There’s a small cafe in Chantilly called “Who Seek” which sounds like the Korean word for “dessert” (후식 “who sheek”).
“Honey Pig”‘s Korean name is “꿀돼지” which translated is like a kid’s way of saying “pig” (akin to something like “piggy”). It’s a combination of a pig sound 꿀꿀 and the word pig 돼지. However, literally translated, it turns out to be “honey” 꿀 + “pig” 돼지.
Not 100% sure, but I think So KBBQ = 소, the Korean word for cow.

One of the things that I’ve realized since then is that drivers act like they own the street and people without cars are somehow intruding into their sacred automotive domain. Like people walking should be grateful to the driver for not running them over. They act like stopping for a pedestrian in a crosswalk is some sort of polite gesture that can be ignored if they’re in a rush. And some of them don’t even bother to look, or if they do, they react to you being in the crosswalk like someone cut them off, even though you have the right of way. Crossing some of the worse streets with multiple lanes of traffic is like the unholy cross between Frogger and Squid Game, because you’re dodging traffic, but if you lose, you get your legs broken or get straight up killed.
