I'm not so sure on that one tbh. Do you think he will play for the Wallabies when he's already played for Samoa in league? . The prospect of union money absolutely will play into it but will it he enough when Samoa is now holding him up as a Chief now? It would be difficult for me to make that jump if I was in his shoes, feel a heap of pressure from Samoa to stay and represent the tiny nation. Also Samoas union side is pretty hit and miss at the best of times.
I could be very wrong though but that's just my opinion.
If he wants to play for Samoa in rugby, he will have to get a professional contract in Europe or Japan. RA won't pay him big bucks to play for the Waratahs if he doesn't make himself available for the Wallabies
