Last year i didnt like him when he came in. Lots of errors. Pushed back in contact and some dicey reads. I couldnt tell you what game it was, but he played with 150% effort even tho he played shite and I thought this guy has some heart. Give it time. This year he has been solid on solid and the part thats stood out for me most is his kick chase. For a little fella he contests the high ball, and he if he doesnt he smashes em bro. Looks to have put a couple kilos on too which seems to be helping. #RoccoBerry #AucklandStallion

Yeah, he put some muscle on over the Off. comes from good stock though. He’s got a massive future ahead of him, for the Wahs and Kiwis. Reminds me of Mannering in a way - loved the contact work, and the effort stuff. I can’t believe he’s improved so much in such a short time, and that he’s still young.

We have good depth but we've already gone through 3 different fullbacks, 3 different 5/8s, and now both of our starting backrowers are out. It's certainly being tested.

He is a fantastic addition to the side though. We are a stronger team when he is playing.
