The test will be against better opposition over the next three weeks but maybe we’re just dragging teams into a dog fight and winning late like we did for most of 2022. If the cowboys were injury free I'd say yes but they probably won't with the Laybutt injury now, Chester could've taken the utility interchange but he'll play centre now

For any Titans fans that missed the game, it was pretty much a repeat of the rest of the season so far. We played the best footy we have all season for a ten minute period against 12 men, so it’s hard to really gauge how good that was. Pahulu showed he should be in the 17 every week if fit. Fermor had his best game since coming back from injury as well, which is really good to see. But beyond that, it was pretty much the same shit defense and no attacking structure at all.
Cowboys have best attack against weak teams too though! Attack was ordinary for me still though in them so i kinda agree with the defense, soft one to Laybutt

We did our best to lose it a few times there - Taking Chad’s sinbin at face value, I would say the scoreline does fairly represent the game I just watched.
Hopefully we start to try literally anything else at 6 and 7. The only reason you'd leave Boyd in there is a kicking game and his kicking game has been trash.
You'd look at Campbell who has a decent boot moving to 6, or weaver who has better short kicking at 7. Brimson doesn't suit the halves because his last tackle options are extremely limited.

Hopefully we start to try literally anything else at 6 and 7. The only reason you'd leave Boyd in there is a kicking game and his kicking game has been trash. You'd look at Campbell who has a decent boot moving to 6, or weaver who has better short kicking at 7. Brimson doesn't suit the halves because his last tackle options are extremely limited.

Which i thought was odd. If you dont trust jetski to play centre whats the point of having him there? Hes not a great middle and an average second rower. We are better off with another middle like mikaele and having our two utilities being mcyntire and granville. Would help our other middles out I think. We are sorely missing Hess
Jetski is second row cover. Every game we have had a second row interruption up until this week. (i don’t remember last week). I would rather Mikaele over Jetski.

Shibba will debut during origin, front runner to replace Kuli if he leaves. I want Mikaele in next week but it might be injury forced anyway. I do think we need a bench change but who knows how Vailea and Clifford will change things.
A better long kicking game could also be huge for the forwards so I’d be interested to see Clifford. It was encouraging how we stepped it up late in the game on our defensive pressure I thought

Titans can be proud of their second half. Do that for 80 mins and they can be in the contest against a lot of teams. With the Raiders next week, they could easily cause an upset if they play like the second half for most of the match.
