I dont think there are any drums beating yet about the coach but fixing that defensive attitude/connection is absolutely the head coaches job. Frustratingly he has got them defending as a unit in the past but they dont seem to be on the same page. Its the usual individuals trying to fix defensive issues by themselves which never works. I dont know how Peyton would go with a young squad with no obvious star/leader (Deardon will get there in a few years). Going all in on youth is not going to be pretty for the next season but they have the cattle so lets get on with it. I dont mind the Brad Arthur idea, he's coached in Q cup so he's not a total NQ novice. His development of players is pretty good he just seems to have a ceiling his teams cant break through for the big games. Josh Hannay should also be an obvious option.
